3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bright but hazy golden color. White head lasts. Aroma is extreme citrus... tangelo, kumquat and whatnot. Taste is soapy, bitter citrus. Pretty much its awesome esp. for being gluten free.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
~Citrusy grapefruit aroma with floral and earthy hop notes. I really enjoy the aroma.
~Pours a clear gold color with lasting creamy white head.
~Citrusy hop, with light resin and earthy hopiness. Light breadiness, but well balanced.
~medium bodied, medium CO2, lingering earthy bitterness.
~I had no idea this was gluten free when I bought it. Wasn’t really expecting to like it. This is an excellent beer. The only gluten free beer I’ve ever had. Impressed.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Best GF beer I've had - indistinguishable from regular beer. Good, fresh citrusy and dank hops on the nose. Taste follows. Good hop flavor. Significant bitterness, but balanced. Mostly caramel malt.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle from Whole Foods in Folsom, CA. Pours amber gold with a slight white head. Nice hop aroma. Seems citrus. Med body. Nice hop burn. Lots of citrus/resin. Lots. Backbone seems lightly malty. Which is not literally possible. But this is likely to be the best gluten free thus far. Not a lot of support for the hops, but it works.

Bottle, 33cl - Clear golden beer with a large white head. Aroma is spicy with notes of citrus, gooseberries, hay and pine needles. Flavor is spicy with notes of gooseberries, citrus and pine needles. Intense gooseberry feel to it as well as being well balanced. Unique and a must try beer, didn’t think GF couof be this good.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Sweet aroma with some hop evident. Mostly clear amber body with cascading bubbles and a lasting white head. Nice lace. Nice hop profile. If I didn’t know it lacked gluten I might not notice that it has some thinness, which may be due to the lack of gluten. Not being an expert in such matters. Not bad at all.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Amber in color, clear with a thin head. This actually has a very nice IPA aroma and flavor. I was impressed. Crisp and clean this is the best Gluten free beer this far.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pours a hazy orange with rocky white head, stringy lacing. Decent retention, especially compared to other gluten-free beers. Aroma is mild hop bitter, cereal, grain. Flavor is mildly hoppy, mild pine, strong resin finish, mild sweet, bitter, cereal aftertaste. One of Omissions better beers as well as one of the better GF beers. Soft to moderate carbonation, light body, and mildly watery texture. Poor compared to IPAs but not bad considering what they are working with.
