This beer pours a fairly clear but very light straw color with a small white ring, and the aroma has heavy lager yeast notes with a slight citrus element. The taste is mildly sour due to the typical lager flavor, and it doesn’t really taste as if it gluten-free. The aftertaste is a lighter version of the initial flavor, and the palate blends a very slick texture, light body, and an average carbonation. As a gluten-free beer, it’s pretty good, but as a lager, it’s just average.

0.33l bottle. The label says Dec 12, 2013. Not sure if that’s a good thing or a really bad thing. Anyhow, as crystal clear as they get in the glass this, pale golden color and only a tiny filmy white lager head. Smells grainy and corn sweet. Pale malts - no real surprises or interesting thing on the nose. Smells like a pilsner. Not shockingly it tastes like one as well. It’s somewhat sweet this. Almost caramel sweet. More corn and grains in the taste as well. Pretty dull stuff really, but drinkable and not directly bad tasting. 05.03.2014

12 oz bottle. A slight hop aroma to it. No head at all. Tastes better than the pale ale to me personally, but still has a watered down taste to it. Good carbonation to it. If not gluten free, there really isn’t any reason for it.

Pretty sad stuff but didn’t have many expectations. Tastes a little thicker and more syrupy than watery. Not much hop only aromatic.

Cornfield (5570) - Oak Forest, Illinois, USA - NOV 4, 2014
This pours a pale yellow body with loads of beading and bubbling, all capped by a modest white head. The aroma is faint, a bit of grass covered by a pale "malt" and corn scent, much like a corn biscuit. Smooth mouthfeel. The flavor is that same biscuit with the mildest of grassy hops. Not much here for me.

bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Clear straw color, light white head cover, waves of lace. Good aroma of grain and light hops. Taste is light malt and a bit of hops in the swallow. A really easy drinking brew, simple, but satisfying.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured clear, yellow, nice white head and lots of lacing on the glass. Aroma faint grain and malts. Taste is a bit watered down, grain, malts and a slight bitterness. Easy to drink, refreshing.

Light hop based aroma that doesn’t overpower. Golden blonde clear colored with decent carbonation. Visible bubbles that propels the CO2 explosion through the beer. Crisp refreshing taste. On the taste scale it is probably lightly sour but definitely far from bitter. The body of this beer is very thin and light. Overall decent lager that I would be willing to try again.
