Bottle. Light amber, small to average and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate, malty and sweetish aroma, some caramel and light tropical fruitiness, light citrus hoppyness. Body is medium, malty - grainy and sweetish flavor, some caramel and light fruitiness, light citrus hoppyness . Finish is short to average, malty - grainy and sweetish, light caramel and light fruitiness, light citrus hoppyness. Grainy and sweetish lager - lacks character (and taste/flavor).

Rated on 7-23-2013. This bottled beer has a small fizzy white head with a short retention span, no lacing, transparent body, fizzy carbonation, and a bright yellow hue. The Aroma is malt, citrus, sweet, and a little lemony. The Taste is sweet, some malt, citrus, and lightly grassy. The Palate is tingly and semi-dry. This is a light-medium bodied beer. Overall, this beer is easy to drink and if you are wondering what a gluten-free beer taste like, try this one.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a medium sized head of foamy finely sized light white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a softly carbonated transparent light orange colored body and a good lacing. The mild aroma was cardboard and malty. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish with a mellow aftertaste. The balanced flavor contained notes of cardboard mild hops and malt. A decent one but not one that I would consider buying again.

pours a bright yellow gold .. . medium foam .. . borax is a soap, borat is a movie .. . has a solid crispness .. . not even taking into account the gluten free aspect, this is a very nice lager
.. . . you know, i donít take my cigar smoking career nearly as serious as i should.

12oz served in a Sam Adams perfect pint. A - Dark golden body with a thin white head. Minimal lacing, poor retention. S - Fruity grain, lemons, not much T - Spicy hops wrap honey kissed grain, golden delicious apples, sweet but dries out on the finish. Strong yeast presence, finishes crisp and clean. M - Medium full body, ample carbonation, clean finish. This was a clean flavorful lager that I would totally rock if I had to drink gluten free. One of the best gluten free beers Iíve had to date. I think people are forgetting the style of this beer. This beer kills most anything in itís style category. Serving type: bottle 12-16-2012

bottle. crystal clear pale gold with a medium sized, fluffy white head. smells like pale malt with a tangy hop note like sterling or saaz. the flavor has a light limey tang from the hops with a mild malt flavor. no sweetness. crackery. just like the pale ale, its a very solid gluten free effort.

Cloudy, golden with quickly disappearing white head. Citrus, mild floral, and some grain notes. Medium bodied, fairly citrusy, mild hop notes, and decent carbonation. Decent balance, lite hop bitterness, and dry finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
