Aroma: Grain and molasses Appearance: Very pale yellow, pristine white head Taste: A decent lager with notes of molasses and toffee Palate: Notably thin in all reguards Overall: I got this in a random pack of six and to be honest expected more of Widmer Brothers, finally when i came here I found out why it is Gluten Free! While the beer is not as good as i would like that is a leviathan of a handicap and in regards to that this get a fair deal of respect.

This beer is a crystal clear pale yellow color with a medium fizzy white head that burns away steadily. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of mildly bitter floral hops, biscuit malt and grass. The finish is short and lightly hoppy. Run of the mill overall. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

pours pale with little head. Taste is kinda plain but would be good on a summer day. decent for a gluten free beer

Bottle. Bright gold with a slight haze. There is a thin bright white head. A doughy nose with hints of peanuts. There is a slight musky note. This tastes like bread crust with some notes of peanuts. There is also some earthy goodness. Decent.

Crystal clear yellow pour with a thin white head. Aroma is grassy with lemon notes. Nice body, creamy and smooth. Flavor is a bit muted but it’s grainy, musty with faint lemon notes. Crisp finish. Pretty good.

Bottle, clear gold with egg white foam, light musky hops aroma and flavors, some mild bitterness, malt liquor finish. Reminds me of a weak NB Shift

Smells like a grainy Pilsner with hint of lemon and honey. Very grainy, almost worty taste accented with that same lemony or lemon balm like character. This is actually better than some regular "craft" lagers and I’d probably choose it over most American Adjunct Lagers. As it warms it does get a bit more weird, but I could definitely do this one if I had to.

Clean and pale straw yellow with one finger of frothy white head. Nose is meh, wet bread and grassy hops with a lightly zesty quality. Raw bread dough and wet hay in the flavor. Dry and light bodied.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a golden yellow with a decent one inch white head that lasts. Taste is of malt, grass, grain, some dust and some sweet honey. Similar, grassy aroma. Has a full body with a clean finish. I was surprised that this is gluten free and only has 4.6% abv. A great beer, a good thirst quencher and one I wouldn’t mind picking up again.

Bottle from the Redhook Brewery in New Hampshire. Pours a pale yellow color with a thin white head. Grassy aroma. Lots of carbonation. This is a nice lager with a bit more upfront hops than a normal macro. This is very easy to drink with a low ABV of 4.6. I’m just learning know that this is gluten free. I would never have guessed that as most gluten free beers have a harsh and kind of nasty taste. Would have this again especially on a hot day.
