Pours pale yellow, good head. Appears like most domestic pale lagers.. Nose is a bit skunky, lemon, earthy, and believe it or not a hint of coffee. Actually has some good flavors. Lemon, wheat, and a sweet honey-citrus on the end. -Fish!

Pours straw with white head. Barn yard nose. Aroma of betrayal, as the label did NOT mention it being gluten-free. Tastes like a beer gone bad.

Bottle. Sweet lemony citrus in the nose with a little PNW dry hopping, very enticing, with a super pale yellow pour with a short white head. Crisp, stern full lager body, hard but not unforgiving, and the sunniness helps soften things a bit. Taste is clean and fresh, light lemony citrus with faint breadiness at the end but it’s hard water sailing to that point, there’s only some fizziness in the flat-leaning feel, and despite the Pilsner airs the better descriptor is definitely ’Premium Lager’.

Overall ’OK’, but a gluten-free offering I’d be ecstatic about finding if I had celiac -- it actually tastes like beer!

More than I thought but at the same time lacking a lot. REally light in body and color. Slide off the tongue not leaving much impression.

Golden yellow color with small white head. I smell fresh cut grass, some yeast and white bread. I taste all of the same with citrus.... It?s ok.

Pours a clear pale gold body with a small fizzy white head that faded very quickly to a wispy partial film. The nose is not especially pleasant, it’s very light for starters, then there’s a bit of an odd vegetal note, and a touch of honey sweetness. The flavor isn’t going to fool anybody that they left out the malt. It’s thin and a little vegetal tasting and there aren’t any perceptible hops at all. Finishes weird and weak with a slight chemical twang. Light bodied an fizzy with a short watery finish. Wouldn’t recommend this one to anybody. If you have a gluten allergy, stick to hard alcohol.

slightly hazy golden yellow. Light aroma of wet yeast. Light bodied palate is crisp and easy-drinking with bread and lemon flavors.

12oz bottle at the Mariott hotel bar. Why not. Pours a clear, pale yellow color with a white head. Aroma is very light, a little bready, maybe just a touch of hops, maybe. Medium on the palate with average carbonation. Flavor is sweet I guess, very mild, bready, a hint of grassy hops, with a very light bitter finish. Non-offensive, reminiscent of other pale lagers, but very bland. I suppose if you don’t tolerate gluten, you will take what you can get.

Aroma: Grain and molasses Appearance: Very pale yellow, pristine white head Taste: A decent lager with notes of molasses and toffee Palate: Notably thin in all reguards Overall: I got this in a random pack of six and to be honest expected more of Widmer Brothers, finally when i came here I found out why it is Gluten Free! While the beer is not as good as i would like that is a leviathan of a handicap and in regards to that this get a fair deal of respect.

This beer is a crystal clear pale yellow color with a medium fizzy white head that burns away steadily. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of mildly bitter floral hops, biscuit malt and grass. The finish is short and lightly hoppy. Run of the mill overall. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
