3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Crystal clear yellow pour with a thin white head. Aroma is grassy with lemon notes. Nice body, creamy and smooth. Flavor is a bit muted but it’s grainy, musty with faint lemon notes. Crisp finish. Pretty good.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
12oz bottle at the Mariott hotel bar. Why not. Pours a clear, pale yellow color with a white head. Aroma is very light, a little bready, maybe just a touch of hops, maybe. Medium on the palate with average carbonation. Flavor is sweet I guess, very mild, bready, a hint of grassy hops, with a very light bitter finish. Non-offensive, reminiscent of other pale lagers, but very bland. I suppose if you don’t tolerate gluten, you will take what you can get.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Poured into a pint glass. Clear, golden color with two fingers of head.
Faint smell of dry grain.
Mild bitter taste, slightly metallic, watery overall.
Crisp and light body, low to moderate carbonation.
For a light, gluten-free lager I applaud the result. By all appearances it is a superior product to most other light lagers, but it still doesn’t make me want another one.

Drank at a bowling alley. Didn’t even realize until afterwards that this was gluten free - which is a good sign.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours watery straw in color with a short sparse head. Minimal retention, decent lace. Very soft aroma of what seems to be corn. Mild sweet flavor, light body, watery texture, and a crisp, lightly hopped finish.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Cloudy, golden with quickly disappearing white head. Citrus, mild floral, and some grain notes. Medium bodied, fairly citrusy, mild hop notes, and decent carbonation. Decent balance, lite hop bitterness, and dry finish.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours a pretty standard yellow-gold with a high, finegrained head. The nose is almost all fruit -- apple and peach with a touch of honey and malt syrup. Sweet on the palate, with more fruity notes, but surprisingly decent; it finishes like a typical lager, though slightly flat. I might not have known it was gluten-free, and that’s high praise.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor of this beer. Past Gluten Free brews have left my palate disgusted. This one was crisp, good hoppiness for a lager, and had great drinkability.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 ounce bottle. Pours a golden yellow with a decent one inch white head that lasts. Taste is of malt, grass, grain, some dust and some sweet honey. Similar, grassy aroma. Has a full body with a clean finish. I was surprised that this is gluten free and only has 4.6% abv. A great beer, a good thirst quencher and one I wouldn’t mind picking up again.
