Bottle; clear dull gold with a medium white head. Aroma of grain and corn. Flavor was crisp and mild. Not much sweetness or normal adjunct type flavor from a premium lager. Wouldn’t really know its gluten free. A mindless, but ok beer

12 oz bottle dated (bottled on) Feb. 2014 served in a lager glass. Has the appearance of a light lager. The aroma is pleasant, mainly bready grains, and surprisingly strong, The flavor does not keep up, being weaker and less appealing.

Pours straw yellow with a fizzy white head. Skunk aroma with grass. Lemon, grass, with a skunk bitter ending. Decent, but nothing impressive.

Pours a clear golden yellow from the bottle with quickly dissipating white head and little to no lacing. Aroma of corn and shitty grains, taste follows suit. Super light with lots of carbonation, definitely lacking something.

A friend gave this to me to try but I didn’t realize it was gluten free until now. Pours a crystal clear deep golden straw color with a smallish white head that dissipates quickly. Smells of spicy hops and sweet bready pilsner malt with a bit of a strange tartness that I can’t put my finger on. The flavor holds a bit of spicy noble hops, a bit of pilsner like malt flavor and again a strange tartness that I wasn’t expecting. Medium to light body with a moderate level of carbonation and a watery spritz y mouthfeel. Decent beer, really nothing special but probably the best GF beer I’ve tried. I rated this a bit higher just for the gluten free factor, If I were gluten intolerant I would probably get used to this.

bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Clear straw color, light white head cover, waves of lace. Good aroma of grain and light hops. Taste is light malt and a bit of hops in the swallow. A really easy drinking brew, simple, but satisfying.

12 oz. bottle poured to stemware at John’s Restaurant & Tavern in Winfield, IL., showing a clear, golden hue, with a presentable, frothy white head that lingered awhile, and some web-like lacing. The nose was light grain, light yeast, a hint of corn, and a light wisp of spice. Light bodied, with lively carbonation, the taste offered low hop bitterness that expressed a light, peppery quality. Crisp, clean, no nonsense, and very sessionable.
