3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
12oz served in a Sam Adams perfect pint.
A - Dark golden body with a thin white head. Minimal lacing, poor retention.
S - Fruity grain, lemons, not much
T - Spicy hops wrap honey kissed grain, golden delicious apples, sweet but dries out on the finish. Strong yeast presence, finishes crisp and clean.
M - Medium full body, ample carbonation, clean finish.
This was a clean flavorful lager that I would totally rock if I had to drink gluten free. One of the best gluten free beers Iíve had to date.
I think people are forgetting the style of this beer. This beer kills most anything in itís style category.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Light gold, chill haze, thin white head. Aroma of grainy sweet malt with a little sulpher, light spicy hops. Grainy malt with some sweet, corn-like notes, moderate bitterness and light citrus. Light/medium body.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Decent floral hop aroma coming off a clear pale yellow body with a soapy white head. The flavor is very light in the style of a light lager (Tsingtao came to mind), but fresher and crisper than most. Thereís a very light sweetness and maltiness, and some floral hop bitterness, but all is light here. The absolute most impressive thing about this beer is that it tastes like real beer, not like the usual sorghum-based gluten-free stuff. My brother has Celiac disease and he says thereís some controversy about how gluten-free this actually is, but Iím hoping that it is and that he can drink this and enjoy real beer again.

2.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pee-yellow with half a finger length head and weak lacing. Smells like a pils: apricot, some zesty funk, and a little citrus hops. Taste is much, much more watered-down, with only a hint of the zest appearing in the mid-palate and finish. It doesnít last at all. Refreshing and crisp, sure, but there are more flavorful lagers out there that are equally refreshing and crisp. I was surprised at just how weak this was after the aroma.

This is pretty good for a gluten free lager- yet not really worth having unless you are gluten intolerant and do not like much flavor. I suggest the Omission Pale Ale for better flavor. This beer is light and lacks character, easy to drink though

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a light fizzy almost one finger head that fades fairly quickly over crystal clear watery honey golden color. The nose has a big crisp fruity lager, quite fruity but some typical lager and some over fruity, light malts. The taste has a light honey flavor, light golden toasty malt like profile witht a hint of sweetness. Light grassy hops round out the finish. Overall not bad, light overall but quite drinkable

medium sour taste, no malt at all, bitter finish...basically a tonic water without any flavor at all

3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
12 oz bottle from New Seasons - Pale yellow with minimum head. Looks like a Miller Lite. Not too much to the aroma. Tastes much fuller than it looks. Nice hop flavor on top of pale lager flavor. Pretty good.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20
Pours straw with white head. Barn yard nose. Aroma of betrayal, as the label did NOT mention it being gluten-free. Tastes like a beer gone bad.

More than I thought but at the same time lacking a lot. REally light in body and color. Slide off the tongue not leaving much impression.
