Bottle. Super light yellow, fizzy. Virtually no aroma. Virtually no flavor either. But this at least is better than any other gluten free beer I’ve ever tried before ... it’s not disgusting. Other gluten free beers tend to end up with some weird aftertaste. This doesn’t have that, and might actually be an enjoyable alternative to anyone needing to avoid gluten. It’s inoffensive. Taste: Light malts, grainy, honey and citrus
Not bad, easy drinking.

Cornfield (5570) - Oak Forest, Illinois, USA - NOV 4, 2014
This pours a pale yellow body with loads of beading and bubbling, all capped by a modest white head. The aroma is faint, a bit of grass covered by a pale "malt" and corn scent, much like a corn biscuit. Smooth mouthfeel. The flavor is that same biscuit with the mildest of grassy hops. Not much here for me.

Bottle. Gold bodied with a short, fading white head. Aroma is rather hoppy and pleasant with soft grain-like notes and floral notes. Taste is also hoppy with slightly fruity undertones, grain-like notes and hints of biscuit and bread dough. Light lemony notes as well. Body is light-medium with a mild, bubbly carbonation. Ends with more floral and grassy hops, sweet malt-like flavors, soft fruit and faint biscuit.

kramer (5328) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 17, 2013
Pours a clear pale gold body with a small fizzy white head that faded very quickly to a wispy partial film. The nose is not especially pleasant, it’s very light for starters, then there’s a bit of an odd vegetal note, and a touch of honey sweetness. The flavor isn’t going to fool anybody that they left out the malt. It’s thin and a little vegetal tasting and there aren’t any perceptible hops at all. Finishes weird and weak with a slight chemical twang. Light bodied an fizzy with a short watery finish. Wouldn’t recommend this one to anybody. If you have a gluten allergy, stick to hard alcohol.

Bottle. Sweet lemony citrus in the nose with a little PNW dry hopping, very enticing, with a super pale yellow pour with a short white head. Crisp, stern full lager body, hard but not unforgiving, and the sunniness helps soften things a bit. Taste is clean and fresh, light lemony citrus with faint breadiness at the end but it’s hard water sailing to that point, there’s only some fizziness in the flat-leaning feel, and despite the Pilsner airs the better descriptor is definitely ’Premium Lager’.

Overall ’OK’, but a gluten-free offering I’d be ecstatic about finding if I had celiac -- it actually tastes like beer!

onceblind (5175) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUN 1, 2013
@ South Denver Beer Fest 2013. clear pale golden with a fizzy white head. Aroma of honey malt and biscuity yeast. Flavor of about the same but really light. Like, light-lager. Nothing much on flavor save for pale grainy honey malt.

Bottle. Bright gold with a slight haze. There is a thin bright white head. A doughy nose with hints of peanuts. There is a slight musky note. This tastes like bread crust with some notes of peanuts. There is also some earthy goodness. Decent.
