Bottle:   Straw in color, rather clear, thin to moderate white head, sudsy, little lacing.   Macro beer aroma, corny, rice, the stuff I taste when I vomit out my nose.   Sweet grassy/grainy malt forward nose.   Very much a grassy/straw/hay like beer.   Its a clean beer alright, straw and hay/grass on the finish.   If I had a gluten issue, this would be a decent brew to drink, unoffensive, not too bold in any one direction.   However, if I had to drink this more than a few times I would be livid!

Aroma: Grain and molasses Appearance: Very pale yellow, pristine white head Taste: A decent lager with notes of molasses and toffee Palate: Notably thin in all reguards Overall: I got this in a random pack of six and to be honest expected more of Widmer Brothers, finally when i came here I found out why it is Gluten Free! While the beer is not as good as i would like that is a leviathan of a handicap and in regards to that this get a fair deal of respect.

12oz bottle at the Mariott hotel bar. Why not. Pours a clear, pale yellow color with a white head. Aroma is very light, a little bready, maybe just a touch of hops, maybe. Medium on the palate with average carbonation. Flavor is sweet I guess, very mild, bready, a hint of grassy hops, with a very light bitter finish. Non-offensive, reminiscent of other pale lagers, but very bland. I suppose if you donít tolerate gluten, you will take what you can get.

Crisp, malty aroma is typical of a lager, but doesnít scream "gluten-free." Pours a rather wan yellow with not much of a white head that quickly takes its leave. Flavor has a nice malty note and a hint of fruit, with a subtle hoppy undertone - not much going on here. Smooth texture lacks somewhat in both fizz and firmness. Still, a good effort. One of these days, someone will brew a truly good gluten-free beer.

Bottled. Poured clear, bright golden with a short-lived white head. The aroma picked up lightly-toasty corn and pale malts with light, dank hop accents. The flavor found corn, honey, and odd grain (sorghum?) with sharp lemon zest and odd bitterness around.. finished lemony and quasi-refreshing. Light-bodied with an ok flow through the palate.

Bottle. Light lemony malt aroma. Slightly hazed yellow with a small white head. Sour lemony malt and grass flavor. Light body, moderate carbonation. One of the better gluten free beers Iíve tried.

Should get its own style. Tasted like a regular adjunct containing lager, yet gluten free? Not bad at all. Caramel notes, corn flavors. Fairly clean finish, a tad sweet though.

Bottle, bought @ Vinspecialisten, Kolding Storcenter.
Pours clear golden with a small, frothy, white head. Aroma has mild maltiness, citrus, brewing cereal and maize. Lowish carbonation, kinda fat and oily mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet malts, light maize, soft resiny and citrussy hoppiness. Still feels somewhat sticky. Okay for what it is.

Bottle from Wegmans. Pours crystal clear yellow with an initial white head that is gone nearly immediately. The aroma has light grain, a bit of floral notes but Iíd hardly call it aromatic. The taste has a bit of a earthiness to it, some light hop presence, and this is a decent compliment for writing this 25 page research paper; however, this is rather bland and uninteresting.
