A great gift from my beer buddy--cheap!!! Thanks!! I have to admit, like others I was extremely surprised this is a gluten free brew. I believe the best gluten free beer I’ve tried. 12oz from bottle, light ,malty, slight caramel flavors. Dry finish, not as hoppy as most APA style beers, decent!

Bottle. Copper with a thin beige head. A light aroma of citrus hops and grain. Medium body with resinous hop bitterness upfront, some malt sweetness, and a clean dry finish. Didn’t realize it was gluten-free until I had finished.

Pour from a 12oz bottle. Amber orange brew with two fingers of tan head. Aroma of mild caramel and floral hops. Taste is sweet caramel up front with a restrained hops emerging at the end of the swallow. Not a standout but well crafted and pleasant - probably the best gluten free brew I’ve tried.

Bottle. Golden-orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is corn, malt, fruit, sourness. Flavour is corn, malt, fruit, pine, hop, orange. Medium body. Boring beer.

Aroma of caramel and grain. Transparent amber color. Poured with almost no head. Lively carbonated mouthfeel. Caramel malt slightly more powerful than the dry hoppy bitterness. The bitterness leaves your mouth slightly puckering and seems dry in the finish. Hop flavor Is citrusy and grapefruity. Body is medium low and last pretty much throughout. Very crisp and refreshing moderately bitter amber pale ale which I would not suspect is gluten free. I will recommend to all gluten free drinkers.

Bottle. A little on the watery side, this pale ale does not taste like other gluten free beers that I’ve tried, as it tastes pretty darn similar to regular glutenous beers. The hops are grassy and there’s a nice caramel malt feel to provide a balance. Where there are other tastier, but pricier gluten-free beers, the Omission Pale Ale is dollar-for-dollar the best gluten free beer I’ve tried. I’m curious about the IPA and will try it next.

Orange pour with some white head and minimal lacing. Solid hop flavor with typical bitterness in the after taste. Gluten free, but no real indication of anything being missing in the flavor.

Clear orange yellow with a one-finger off-white head and moderate lace. Aromas of mild grapefruit, light grass, and biscuit. Flavors are much the same, with grassy hops gently offset by the biscuity malt. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, creamy mouthfeel and a somewhat dry finish.
