Tarnished orange pour with small white head ring and lots of small floaties. Caramel, biscuit, clean citrus and some foresty bitterness for balance. Very surprisingly NOT bad. I would not have guessed this was gluten free. Scores extra points for the fact that this a BEER that just happens to be a gluten-free beverage, instead of the other way around.

Slightly hazy gold body with a tall frothy mostly whit head.
Light floral hop aroma with sweet corn syrup.
Strange flavor that goes from sweet to bitter.
Full bodied, could be lighter for my tastes in this style.
This might be a pretty good Gluten Free beer, average otherwise.

Bottle @ 12.000 Celebration Tasting, Odense. Pours clear copper with a small white head. Peach, grass and grapefruit. A bit of yeast and grain. Dry and bitter flavor.

RB Odense Official February tasting. Golden with a small white head. Nice citrus hoppy aroma with a touch of biscuit-y malt. Dry and hoppy flavour with citrus and pine on a somewhat thin malt backbone

Bottle. Beautiful floral aroma mixing with citrus and heavy caramel and hop spiciness. Light wood, but more about that doughy caramel (which reminds me of Lagunitas every time, without fail). Bright but hazy body with a short off-white head. Taste is moderately dry (thereís some sweetness to start but itís not too big), fullish body in heft, big Centennial-type woodiness with a little paper-/cat-scratch ala Simcoe -- hard to believe this is straight Cascade considering the variety theyíre getting from the hops here. Sticky caramel, malty and not grainy, clean with light APA-level bitterness. I like this more than its lagery sister, and man, the two have opened my eyes to just how far commercial gluten-free brewing has come in the past few years.

Bottle. Clear yellow/amber, white head. Not much to it. Light caramel, citrus, some bitter hops, and watery. Watery body.

Pours a light amber with a big frothy head. Aromas of malty caramel, piney hops, and slight toffee. Flavors of light pine hops, light caramel, and just a hint of hay/grain. Lightly sweet and mildly bitter. Leaves just a light corn/grain/bitter aftertaste.

Clear golden pour, not the greatest looking. Strong piney hop scent. Odd taste, havenít had anything quite like it before, kind of like a sweet IPA, mild on both counts, with a weird aftertaste I canít quite place. Is that from the absence of gluten? I have no idea. Iím craving a bagel.
