Bottle from Total Wine, Sacramento. Pours light amber with a modest beige head and a floral aroma. There is a medium-bodied caramel malt flavor with a dry smoky finish. Not bad for gluten-free.

Aroma is a citrus grapefruit kind of mild little sweet and sticky. Appearance is a orange copper color with thick white soapy head that diminishes fast an doesn’t really leave any lacing mild carbonation and unfiltered. Taste citrus hoppy flavor a lot better than I thought it would be for gluten free. Clean on the tounge a little oily. Overall it is a light pale ale not bad though.

Bottle. Amber pour with a short, fizzy white head. Aroma is hoppy with citrus and pine notes and a soft caramel notes. Taste is pine, citrus fruit, and hop resins atop light caramel notes and a bread dough-like flavor int he background. Body is medium with a creamy, bubbly carbonation. Ends with more citrus, pine notes, hops resins and soft caramel.

Bottle:   Copper hued amber, fairly clear, moderate sudsy white head, spotty lacing.   Soft sweat bready nose.   Smells like an amber.   Soft bready sweetness up front, malty, a little honeycomb, little hop.   Not as bad as I was thinking, but certianly not hoppy.   Tastes like an amber, and more like an Amber Lager, Great Northern comes to mind.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Soft bready finish.   Not bad at all, but not hoppy.   Think, Amber Lager.

Bottle. Probably one of the better gluten free beers I’ve had, but I’m just still not digging it. Some citrus hop and caramel malt.

Pours a semi-clear amber with a small off-white head, and a good lacing. Smells of caramel, malt, touch of citrus, and hops. Taste is smooth, caramel, hops, and some citrus. Ends a little smooth creamy. Overall not bad but needs a little more bitterness.
