Bottle. Pours a mostly clear amber color with a moderate light tan head on there. Maltier than I prefer, the nose has more caramel and bread notes than hops, though I can get a bit of grass. Taste is a bit bitter, but has the taste of an amber ale.

bottle - This brew smells mainly of caramel malt. The flavor is of caramel malt and moderately bitter, citrus accented hops. It’s a bit thin yet not as thin as the other gluten free beers that I’ve tried. There’s more flavor too. That’s what it comes down to for this beer. It’s not too great. I’d say it’s average at best, maybe less. However the bar is set very low for gluten free beers, making this one the best so far.

November 2014....12 oz bottle...pours copper, has a nice malty aroma with a hop zing...a typical pale ale aroma....this beer is balanced perfectly, really good....light bodied but all the more reason to make this a nice session brew....nothing special but good!

355ml bottle pours a pale amber color with a finger of white head leaving some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is light citrus with some other light fruits. Taste is a citrus hop bitterness with a light fruity and caramel malty sweetness. Finishes clean with a light body and decent carbonation. Very well done for a gluten free brew, after tasting I would never have known this was a GF beer.
