1.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Amber brew with small head that fades to a lace that hangs around. Smells of herbs and floral hops. Taste is fairly balanced with an odd musty taste that doesnít sit well. This is the second go at an Omission brew, first one was a complete disaster, this one better but still far from good. Bottle says "hand crafted", hope they washed those hands before messing around with the brew. MMM.... could be where that funky taste is coming from.

Pours a nice deep golden color with white head. Floral notes on the nose with a little malt; follows onto the palate. For gluten-free, itís pretty flavorful.

Omission did it right! THANK YOU is all I can say. 5.8% ABV. This promises a REAL pale ale taste! For those Celatic folks and former IPA or pale ale drinkers that are struggling to go gluten-free, donít waste your money on the expensive other options. BIG THUMBS UP!

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Almost non existent aroma. Caramel and toast on the nose. Deep amber color. Taste is rather fruity with some strong honey and caramel overtones. Overall, pretty sweet beer. Not very hoppy. Decent.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Holy crap! A gluten free beer that does not taste like absolute ass. Only in America. This has a nice orange color, is very clear and has a small white head. It tastes like a halfway decent IPA and that is astronimically better than any beer I have that has been marked as gluten free. The nose is mildly floral but the hops open up a bit once the beer is tasted, revealing a bit of mango and pine. There is a bit of simple malt sweetness but not enough for the texture to feel heavy and carbonation is somewhat vigourus. It finishes w/ mild bitterness, a touch of sweetness and some grapeskin astringency. This isnít exactly killing the best hoppy pales the world has to offer but is very definitely the best gluten-free beer Iíve had thus far.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a nice golden amber to bronzed brown color. There was a nice one and a half fingered white foamy head that dissipated within less than a minute and left a decent amount of spider web lacing. Nice look!
The smell had a nice strong hoppy spicy to somewhat citrusy sweet profile.
The taste was semi-sweet but carried a decent bitter hoppiness about it. There was a sticky sweet citrusy to caramel aftertaste and a light yet quick dry finish.
On the palate, it sat about a light to medium and showed a decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was good for the APA style and it still had a decent sharpness invading my mouth and tongue.
Overall, for the most part, Iíd say this was a nice APA made as a gluten-free. If I couldnít have wheat products for the rest of my life, Iíd definitely be drinking this with no problems whatsoever.

Bottle, pours a hazy orange-amber body with an off-white head. Aroma of caramel malts, sugars, and citrus/floral hops. Taste is similar, although much fainter than the aroma. Watery bitter finish.
