1.8 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Drinkable but oddly sweet. Grass, honey, some brown sugar, but cloying at the end. Hops give bite but canít save the weak body.

4.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
Slightly skunked aroma of dandelion and lesser honey. Slightly hazy amber, medium head, little retention. Evenly balanced honey and lilly, good intensity. Medium body, easy carbonation. I have to say this a wonderful beer for what it is. Itís flavorful, well balanced, and delicious. I would buy this again, even though I have no dietary restrictions against gluten.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 5/26/2015. Pours slightly hazy orange/amber color with a 1-2 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon zest, orange peel, light pine, caramel, toasted biscuit, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus hops and moderate dark/bready malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon zest, orange peel, light pine, caramel, toasted biscuit, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-medium pine/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon/orange peel, pine, caramel, toasted biscuit, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus hops and moderate dark/bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Lightly drying on the finish from bitterness as well. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and moderately creamy/bready/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a good gluten reduced pale ale style. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus hops and moderate dark/bready malt flavors; and very smooth and easy to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. Amber body with a frothy, off-white head. Aroma of toasted grain, caramel, grapefruit, resin. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Thin to medium body, watery/sticky texture, lively carbonation. Not much of a backbone and fairly blah flavor. But if I had to drink gluten-free beer, Iíd drink this.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
hoppy sweet and malty aroma. flavors are pretty recessed and brew is a bit watery. this keeps the body somewhat moderate and there is a bit of caramel. mostly some piney citrus hop. kind of a citrus seltzer thing up front. but it is beery.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Pours hazy amber with airy but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and hops, with notes of citrus and yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour with grasslike touches and sweetish notes of caramel malt, fruit and yeast. Bitter and estery, rather rough, aftertaste. Easy to drink and well-balanced, but rather tame.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottiglia, colore ambrato con un cappello di schiuma grossolana, mediamente persistente. Aroma di malto, caramello e una leggera luppolatura. Il gusto si ripresenta uguale. Birra senza troppe pretese che si fa bere.

Iím down with a beer company removing gluten so that those who canít tolerate gluten can still drink beer if they want to. This beer TASTES like itís missing something though, and if youíre looking for a gluten-free beer, Iíd probably look elsewhere. This beer is lacking and bland and feels like it needs a lot of help.
