3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Great British Beer Festival 2013. Poured a clear amber with a thin white head. Aroma of caramel, citrus hops and some bready malt. Flavours of grain, golden syrup and pine. Finishes with a mixture of sweet toffee and bitter hop resin. Not quite as good as the IPA, but probably the best gluten free beers I’ve had to date. We need more in the UK!!

4.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
If you are a Glutard like me this is a fantastic beer. Great color, aroma, and appearance. Reminds me a bit of a Heffeweizen. Nice clean taste and not heavy on the palate.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Omission Gluten-Free Pale Ale has a medium, frothy, off-white head, a mostly clear, amber appearance, with some streaming bubbles, descending little chunks, and decent lacing left behind. The aroma is of sweet, hoppy, rich barley and bread crust, and the taste is of those elements, with pronounced bitterness and an underlying "health-food store" flavor note. Mouthfeel is medium to heavy and a bit chewy, and Omission Gluten-Free Pale Ale finishes wet, rich, and chewy. Overall, this is very good and interesting. RJT

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Wasn’t sure about this "gluten free" stuff. Thought maybe there would be some kind of sacrifice in at least 1 of the 4 categories. But this beer holds up very well. Beautiful clear amber colour. Looks like a consume. Vibrant herbal and floral aroma. Medium to heavy bodied. Big flavours start to finish. Good stuff.

Pours dark orange/red. Small off-white head. Citrusy, slightly piney aroma. Taste is citrus/herbal hops, and some thin but nice malt character. Spicy finish.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
I actually did not realize that this beer was gluten free, explains the lack of carbonation. This is probably the best gluten free that I have had to date. Taste like a basic pale ale with some citrus notes and a light hop bitter finish. I would recommend to my gluten intolerant friends.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle, bought @ Vinspecialisten, Kolding Storcenter.
Pours hazy orange amber with a small, frothy, white head. Aroma has caramel sweetness, resin, citrus, oranges. Low carbonation, fine dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet caramel, light toasted, quite hoppy, citrus, apricot, resin. Quite bitter finish. Still has a bit of that hollow feeling you get from a Gluten Free beer, but this is a really nice one of that.
