12oz bottle. Small off-white head atop lightly hazed amber body. Aroma is medium sweet, pine, some bread. Taste is moderately sweet, grapefruit, some lemon, honey. Light-medium body. The good news is that the beer’s gluten-free aspect isn’t obvious. The bad news is that the beer isn’t that good.

Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours copper with a light beige head. Aroma seems lightly floral with a touch of citrus. Getting something that’s more hint of cola than malt. About medium body. Flavor is nicely hoppy. Finishes pretty dry and nicely bitter. As in most gluten frees there is something missing that’s needed to carry the hop. That said, this may be the best American gluten free I’ve ever had. It doesn’t stand near Greens Endeavor. The problem with gluten free is that light flavor won’t cut it. Wonder how a gluten free IS would turn out? EDIT: Guess it does stand near Endeavor. Gave them the same ratings. Still think the more flavor the better tasting the gluten free.

Bottle. Poured deep amber with a large frothy off-white head that was mostly lasting with great lacing. Moderate smooth floral hop aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate balanced bittersweet flavor with a smooth bittersweet finish of average duration. Solid drinkable brew
