Bottle @ home. Fuck, didn’t realize that I grabbed a glutten-free piece of shit. Oh well. Clear, dark burnt orange appearance with a big bubbly, tan head. Pretty grapefruit and piney hoppy forward with some light woody notes in the nose. Grainy wood, a bit charred, grapefruity, piney hoppy flavor. Maybe the most hop forward, glutten-free beer I’ve had and actually pretty good.

355mL thx to Xanny. Pours clear orange. Yellowish dense head. Spotty lace. Nose is dusty, sticky, soft. Taste is dry, saw dusty, salty, some toffee. Palate is slightly vegetal and orange peel bitter, mealy, powdery. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at ØK 13, kindly shared by HenrikSoegaard. Clear amber-gold coloured body. Faint white head. Floral hoppy aroma. Grass hoppy taste, hints of citrus and grain. Subdued, mid-dry, bitter finish. Fine with the festival food (Copenhagen 25.05.2013).

(bottle, 35.5cl) Almost cloudy, amber colour with a mid-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Quite hoppy aroma with notes of spruce and citrus, backed by notes of caramel and some papery “malt”. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Caramel-malty start with present hoppy notes, including piney, woody and subtle fruity accents; moderately dry, bitter-sweet finish with woody and piney notes in the aftertaste, which is also slightly tart. Not bad for a G-free brew. 22.VII.13

Bottle. Clear orange-red body with a short head. Maraschino cherry / fruit cocktail / sweet red apple skin / citrus aroma with the same white grape and rice cake adjunct character as the lager. Medium body, somewhat rough carbonation, fizzy and minerallic and strangely syrupy, but certainly closer to what people think of APA than any other GF beer I’ve had. Mostly sweet with medium-low bitterness and a syrupy, twangy finish.

Bottle from Blue Dog. Pours orangy copper with 2-finger frothy well-retained head. Nose is orange marmalade, caramel malt, peppery hops. Tastes very hoppy, with a genuine caramel malt flavor, and some resiny, black peppery finishing flavors.
