Bottle. Pours clear amber with a spotted lacing small white frothy head. Aroma is quite mild with caramel, toasted malt, pine, citrus, flowery an bread. Taste is light+ sweet and bitter. Body is light+, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Finishes mild with caramel and a little bread. Low on hops for an APA, but quite drinkable anyway.

Bottle pour clear orange. Nose of dank hop and malt. Taste of peppery hop and malt sweetness. Malt presence a little overpowering for an ipa.

Pleasantly surprised with this one. My wife doesnít eat or drink gluten, so Iíve been buying her Redbridge. Picked this Omission IPA up recently and I tried it and liked it. Not really bitter for an IPA, with some floral/aromatic undertones and a zingy crispness. A hot day drink.

Bottled. Pours beautiful clear light amber with a short lasting medium sized off-white head. Aroma of flowerish hops, peach, citrus nottes and caramel. Sweet flavor that ends up slightly bitter. Light to medium bodied, oily texture and soft CO2. An OK pale ale. ★★★★

Bottle. Lightcaramel malt and grassy hops aroma. Hazy orange with a small yellowed ivory head. Slightly sweet bready caramel malt and herbal hops flavor. Light body, soft carbonation. I think this has to be the most well done gluten free beer Iíve tried so far.

Iím not sue, but this is probably my favorite Gluten Free beer. Thatís note really saying much, most gluten free beers are pretty dire. This seems like a pretty typical American Pale, with a good mix of caramel, citrus, and pine in both the aroma and flavor. Not bad.

(35 cl bottle from local supermarket; BBD: November 30th 2013; Label says "For sale in Oregon only. Lucky you!") Pours a semi-clear amber with one-finger white, fluffy head. Decent retention and good lace. Aroma is mostly resiny and caramely. Oily texture, medium carbonation, medium body and a sweet finish. Definitely the best gluten-free beer Iíve ever tasted.
