Bottle. Pours like the typical American Pale Ale, moderately amber-colored, a bit hazy. I don’t discern much aroma at all. This drinks with a very even keeled character, neither offensive nor noteworthy. Considering this is gluten-free, it comes across quite nice. (#4860, 12/16/2012)

Bottle. Pours clear amber with a spotted lacing small white frothy head. Aroma is quite mild with caramel, toasted malt, pine, citrus, flowery an bread. Taste is light+ sweet and bitter. Body is light+, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Finishes mild with caramel and a little bread. Low on hops for an APA, but quite drinkable anyway.

Bottle pour clear orange. Nose of dank hop and malt. Taste of peppery hop and malt sweetness. Malt presence a little overpowering for an ipa.

Pleasantly surprised with this one. My wife doesn’t eat or drink gluten, so I’ve been buying her Redbridge. Picked this Omission IPA up recently and I tried it and liked it. Not really bitter for an IPA, with some floral/aromatic undertones and a zingy crispness. A hot day drink.

Bottled. Pours beautiful clear light amber with a short lasting medium sized off-white head. Aroma of flowerish hops, peach, citrus nottes and caramel. Sweet flavor that ends up slightly bitter. Light to medium bodied, oily texture and soft CO2. An OK pale ale. ★★★★

Leave it to a Portland, OR brewery to make a Gluten-Free Pale Ale. Good idea, good beer, better than your normal Pale Ale.

Bottle- Pours a clear copper color with a decent head that fades to some lacing. Mild aroma of malt sweetness some citrus and and spice. Fairly mild flavor of malt sweetness and some citrus. Muted bitterness and a clean finish. Fairly medium body, smooth and clean. Seems to be lacking something, not bad but seems to be bland. Decent drinker, not bad for the type of beer that it is.

12 oz single from Trader Joes ,Salem OR. $1.17 Nice clear golden ale with a good sized frothy white head. Aroma mostly floral/grassy hop sweet shortbread malt aromas. Taste is a combination of the sweet malt and floral hop its OK but missing a whole lot of substance ( i guess gluten is good for something) Its not bad and rather drinkable yet pretty uninspired. But had i celiacs disease this would be nice.
