Bottle- Pours a clear copper color with a decent head that fades to some lacing. Mild aroma of malt sweetness some citrus and and spice. Fairly mild flavor of malt sweetness and some citrus. Muted bitterness and a clean finish. Fairly medium body, smooth and clean. Seems to be lacking something, not bad but seems to be bland. Decent drinker, not bad for the type of beer that it is.

12oz bottle. Pours pale amber with a white head. This is the first gluten free beer I’ve tasted that actually tastes like beer.

Leave it to a Portland, OR brewery to make a Gluten-Free Pale Ale. Good idea, good beer, better than your normal Pale Ale.

This is a decent pale ale. For people that are gluten-free, they need to be drinking this and the Omission Lager, because they taste like real beer.

Bottle - Hoppy citrus and spice with a malty caramel sweetness. Pale clear copper with a thin head. Bit of up front bitterness from the hops and malts continues. Very light body, almost too light considering the flavor. If I hadn’t known this was a gluten free, I would say average APA which makes it a great gluten free.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden color with nice white head. Grainy, hay, slightly hoppy aroma. Caramel, grainy, some piney hop flavors. Not great, but probably one of the better gluten free beers.
