3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A deep amber to copper colored brew with a thin light khaki head. The nose has some musk and wood. There is also some toffee. The taste is a fairly dry woody character. There is also some note of the musk and wood. A nice dry pale ale style brew that only lacks a little bit of the caramel flavor of a regular pale ale. This is easily the best gluten free beer I have tried.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Colore ambrato chiaro, schiuma scarsa.
Profumo floreale, leggermente citrico, ma in generale non intenso.
Poco frizzante, da stile, sapore amaro, cereali, malto e amaro finale ma non deciso. Non lascia il segno.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured from bottle into a pint glass
Appearance Ė The beer pours an orange amber color with a tiny head of white foam. The head fades relatively quickly leaving just a trace of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell Ė The aroma is strong of a caramel smell mixed with a bit of a bready aroma. Along with these smells comes some lighter notes of a yeast and a bit of molasses.
Taste Ė The taste begins with a bready and caramel sweetened taste. As the taste moves forward more and more bready and grainy tastse meet the tongue along with a little bit of a hay and grassy flavor. With a little bit of a fruit flavor of a citrus and pear, one is left with a lightly hopped and moderately malty taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel Ė The body of the beer is average in thickness with a carbonation level that is a bit on the lower side. For the style the feel is rather decent, although a little bit more carbonation may have been slightly better for the style overall.
Overall Ė A lighter hopped but rather tasty brew overall. Now I am not adverse to gluten, so its really not one I would likely frequent when given the option of other pales. If you are gluten sensitive though this may be a beer that is right up your alley.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a light amber color with an off-white head. Aroma is of earth tones and almost no hops. Flavor is the same. Only the earth tones and not much else.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Normally glutton free beers suck. But this isnít half bad. Darker amber pour, with creamy whiteish head. Malty, bready nose. Ample hoppiness. Higher alcohol content not detected. Bottle @ Chillies Chicago OíHare airport.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a honey gold color. Thick and creamy head. Nice lacing. Itís a good start to a mysterious beer.
Smells like an IPA. In fact, it may even smell more like a brown ale. It smells great. I smell caramel and/or toffee. I also smell some hops.
Tastes pretty good. Better than a lot of beers Iíve had. Tastes like an IPA but thereís a lightness to it, but itís also sort of rich in flavor. Iím supposed to smell the floral, but I taste it more so. I taste some pine, and some caramel.
Mouthfeel is sort of weird. While it tastes good and all, itís just not quite as heavy as an IPA. Itís somewhat watery. Itís very dry, and it finishes bitter. Itís true to an IPA in the finish, but thereís just something about it.
Overall, Iím extremely surprised by this. I was expecting a whole lot less. Itís actually delicious. I would certainly buy this again. If itís gluten-free youíre looking for, this would be amazing!! I still consider this amazing. At 5.8% itís pretty good for an IPA, and pretty drinkable. Try it!!

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a perfect tea hue into the glass, with a fine, steady eggshell head that leaves window-wash lacing. Biscuits, caramel and a hint of citrus to the nose. Flavors of cereal and Cascade hops leave the mouthfeel a bit hollow, with a twinge of citrus every now and again. Hop-forward, yes, but missing some of the malt profile that balances out a top-tier APA. I will give this some credit, though. After doing mulch work in the hot sun on a summer afternoon, this lively-palated jigger is definitely a thirst quencher. Without being too heavy, it never crosses over to being a thin, watery brew. So thereís kudos to that, for sure.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours butterscotch amber. A fairly strong yeasty aroma. Taste first impression was that I was drinking a nice craft lager, not an APA. Nice slightly sweet grain profile, with slightest hint of hops. Nice creamy texture. As a APA it misses the mark. As a craft lager, its not bad. Also, oddly, nowhere on the bottle does it say gluten free.

12Fl OZ ($4 bottle) had this at TGI Fridays bith my meal. not a bad beer but nothing special. Iíve seen this brand around and have passed till now and I will most likely continue to pass. if they are going to make it in the beer game they will need to seriously step it up.
