12 ounce bottle. Pours a nice copper with a one inch beige head. Taste is of malt, caramel, grass and hops. Similar aroma. Has a mostly full body with a bitter and dry finish. Easy to drink and rather surprising that it is gluten free.

Bottle from Trader Joeís. Hazy dark amberish in color. Nose is biscuit and breadiness. A tad of hops, maybe. Bready and light hops dominate the flavor. Fairly bland and boring. I guess itís pretty good for a gluten free beer, as most of them are horrible.

Draft sample at Cherry Blossom Beer & Wine fest a week ago, cloudy amber color with white head. Aroma notes of grainy malt sweetness and light citrus/pine hops. Taste adds light caramel, somewhat herbal and more grain. Light body, moderate carbonation, crisp with minimal bitter finish. Pretty malty APA, I think I prefer gluten.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy amber body with a one finger frothy beige head that left some clingy lace. The aroma is soggy grain and sweet caramel with very minimal hops. The flavor is much the same, this isnít fooling anyone that thereís malt in here. Itís very soggy and wet with too much residual sweetness, and very lacking in hops. Light to medium bodied and clingy with fizzy carbonation. If I were on the anti-gluten wagon, I would just skip beer instead of drinking this.

33 cl bottle @ home. Pours cloudy amber with a white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma and flavour are caramel, straw, and citrus - with a slightly bitter finish.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. Aroma- Has a pretty nice hops and malt aroma Appearance- A dark golden color with a small white head. Taste- This is where it disappoints, it is a beer flavor but has an odd aftertaste that takes away from the flavor. Palate- A medium to light bodied brew with mild carbonation. Overall- I didnít enjoy this beer, for those who need to go gluten free, I am sorry that this may be your only choice.

This beer has a syrupy texture with a very bitter taste. Also if you have celiac, donít let the ígluten removedí label trick you because they donít guarantee that itís completely gluten-free so it isnít safe. If you have to go gluten-free I recommend Redbridge. Completely gluten-free with a great taste.
