3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Served from bottle at Omission event at FatPour Tapworks. Yes, I’ve notched it up a bit for being "good" as a glutoen-free beer goes. Color is a little more brown than pale ale copper in its glass. Still exhibits a nice malty and bitter hop smell. Taste is pretty forward on malts, with a basic pale ale hop background. Some orangey notes thread themselves in as I travel further down the glass. Not an "extreme" pale ale, but it starts to pick up some hop zing as it warms. Probably just being a little cautious, since the malts are modified for the GF process. Then again, there’s almost a fresh cut hop taste at the finish.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Dark gold to light amber color, hazed, short thick creamy white head. Smell of american hops. Aroma of sugary malts, cereals, yeast, doug with a pronounce hoppiness. Mild bitterness in the finish, sugary otherwise, tasty. Medium body, soft carbonation, creamy texture, smooth finish lightly alcoholic. Solid APA.

Bottle. Clear amber body with a medium white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of dusty biscuit and orange. Flavour of floral hops and a tangy finish. Thin body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. A simple, tasty gluten free beer.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Appellation Wines Comely Bank.
Appearance - bright amber with a thin head.
Nose - toffee and light floral notes.
Taste - light biscuit and tangy lime edge.
Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish.
Overall - initially I thought this was more like a bitter but it grew on me!

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Tasting at Matt’s
Clean golden color. The aroma is a bit puckery, the flavor is malty, sweet, a bit too much cereal but not as much as bad gluten-free beers, a bit astringent, and decently bitter.
Not too bad for what it is.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
330mL bottle, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma is quite stale, with lots of earthiness and stale grains. Flavour is earthy, grainy and super dry. Stale and overly dry graininess like many gluten free beers. Not disastrous, but not good.

Pretty Salty. I feel bad about giving a rating like this because I don’t need to be gluten free but PBR is gluten free and pretty good, sooo

2.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Gluten free pale ale. Floral aroma. Lacy white head. Not a lot of flavor, possibly the age of the bottle at restaurant - January 2015 - one year three months.

1.8 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Drinkable but oddly sweet. Grass, honey, some brown sugar, but cloying at the end. Hops give bite but can’t save the weak body.
