3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Served from bottle at Omission event at FatPour Tapworks. Yes, Iíve notched it up a bit for being "good" as a glutoen-free beer goes. Color is a little more brown than pale ale copper in its glass. Still exhibits a nice malty and bitter hop smell. Taste is pretty forward on malts, with a basic pale ale hop background. Some orangey notes thread themselves in as I travel further down the glass. Not an "extreme" pale ale, but it starts to pick up some hop zing as it warms. Probably just being a little cautious, since the malts are modified for the GF process. Then again, thereís almost a fresh cut hop taste at the finish.

November 2014....12 oz bottle...pours copper, has a nice malty aroma with a hop zing...a typical pale ale aroma....this beer is balanced perfectly, really good....light bodied but all the more reason to make this a nice session brew....nothing special but good!

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
355ml bottle pours a pale amber color with a finger of white head leaving some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is light citrus with some other light fruits. Taste is a citrus hop bitterness with a light fruity and caramel malty sweetness. Finishes clean with a light body and decent carbonation. Very well done for a gluten free brew, after tasting I would never have known this was a GF beer.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 5/20
12 oz bottle poured into pint glass. A hoppy aroma with slight yeast to it. No head to it. Tastes smooth, but very watered down. Doesnít really taste like a gluten free beer in itís defense, although if you arenít following a gluten free diet, I would suggest avoiding it.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Carrot orange, not a lot of head, but a surprising amount of lace. Looks like any old pale ale. Decent body; good thickness.
Okay so the aroma: prickly, sharp malts; a little bitter but also a tad flowery. The malt isnít exactly sugary, but it is bready and dry: biscuity. Pleasant enough.
Flavor is primarily hops, the woody, east coast kind. The malt is definitely different: itís kind of like cardboard, but not the "off" wet cardboard you get in some beers. It has an aftertaste that is very dry. Itís not unpleasant but itís not quite beer-like.
The feel is buttery and slick. Has a decent body to it. As far as G-free beers go, I donít really know if this is one of the good ones or one of the bad ones. But if I had celiac, I could do a lot worse.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Clear dark amber with a solid 1" ivory head, bands and swirls of lace. Taste is lightly carameled malt that eases through the palate to a finish that features both citrus hops and edgy carbonation. Not complicated, but agreeable and light in the stomach.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Not bad at all for a gluten-free beer. The pour produced a clear golden bronze body with the slenderest (yet sustained) white head. The aroma is hops, pink and yellow grapefruit with a dash or two of lemon zest. The taste follows suit, citrus with just a dab of "malty" sweetness. It finishes fairly dry with a moderate zesty bitterness. Iíd dink this one again.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Brewed 6/5/14. Nose nondescript, some hoppy profile. Looks cloudy and not as pale as expected. Not as hoppy as expected. Decent balance to the malt.
