COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ale brewed with Spices: Coriander, Cardamon, Mace, Grains of Paradise, Sweet Orange Peel. Adoration is a traditional winter ale, brewed in the Belgian manner, but with the twist of unusual spicing. Sip it on a winter eve sitting before a fire. You’ll understand why we couldn’t name it anything else.

To me this is a variation of their Three Philosophers. Which is one of my favorite American beers. This beer is great, it’s dark roasty, dried fruits, that changes as you sip it. If you like Belgian beers this is a must try.

Stay away if you don’t like spices in your beer. Dark fruit, Belgian yeast and an unusual but tasty blend of spices.

On drought, poured a hazy dark copper/brown colour with a cream head that left Steady aroma of malt, dark fruit and trail notes of spice. Flavor was of spicy belgian yeast, dark fruits, cherries or raisin, with a warm alcohol finish.

Bottle from Total Wine. Pours amber with a fluffy white head. Smells of herbs and Belgian yeast. Tastes like cherries -- sweet, smooth, and delicious. Very good winter brew.

Pours a medium brown color and has very little translucence. The smell is a perfect mixture of sweet citrus with a touch of spice. The taste is very clean and starts as sweet and finishes with a raison touch. An outstanding winter beer perfect for cold weather!

On draught at Winking Lizard. Pours a cloudy copper-brown color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of malt, fruit and spices. Full-bodied with flavors of earthy yeast, coriander and citrus. The finish is malty with a spicy yeast and banana aftertaste. Above average overall.

A very good Abbey style. Pours a beautiful deep cloudy red with a tan head. Smells of herbs. Taste is full bodied, with the classic belgian yeast and cherries and malts. Tasted at the BevMo Holiday Beer Fest.

12 oz. bottle. Poured a deep reddish brown body with a thick tallow colored head. Heady aroma of spiced apricots and hints of cocoa. Subtle citrus and cherry flavors layered in sweet nutty overtones. Overall, a well-balanced chest warmer for the winter months.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Pours in reddish shade of brown, with about a finger and a half tan foamy head, leaving a nice even lacing on the glass. Aroma of dark fruits, malts and some yeast. Taste is sweet, boozy, lots of plums and raising notes. Very Belgian like, veRay enjoyable, but definitely a sipper.
