Bottled. Almost pitch black coloured. Has a reddish gleam. Fluffy brown head. Vineous, light chocolate, light liqourice, some spice and cocoa in the aroma. Quite nice and balanced. Flavour a bit more subdued. Fruits, spice, light chocolate and somewhat dusty. Light herbal touch. Medium bodied. Light dry. Is light roasted and sweet in the end with some chocolatebitterness.

750mL. Pours a pretty deep brown/ black with a nice brown head. Faint aroma of chocolate and coffee. Taste is bitter roast and chocolate, with a tinfoil aftertaste. Very thin bodied.

Bottle shared with Grand Genie. Dark red almost black appearance with a thick brown rocky head and some deposits. Aroma: chocolate, licorice, cocoa, nutmeg, roasted malts, minirals and peanuts. Flavor: alcohol (vodka), white pepper, chocolate, cherrys, salty, malts and creamy. Palate: soft carbonation, oily with a malty finish.

Bottle from JB185 in trade. Thanks! Pours dark brown with a short lived head. Smell is metal and roasty malt and chocolate. Taste is cocoa and is just kind of watery and has the taste of tinfoil mingled in there. Pretty metallic in the nose and taste and this didn’t impress me in the least...

Black with a lasting light brown head. Dark roasted flavour with ash and coffee notes, some dark chocolate and a hint of alcohol. Espresso and dark chocolate flavour dryish with a hint of dried fruits. I had feared disgusting sweet chocolate dessert and was pleasantly surprised.

75cl bottle @ HJHansen, Odense. Pours black with a creamy brown head and lacings. Nose is roasted malts, coffee & cocoa powder with quite a lot of ashy notes. Smooth and full bodied. Taste is chocolate and some dark fruits. Long end. Very nice!
