A dark brown beer with a red shine under a lazing tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of chocolate and roasted malt, the roasted malt also giving it an edge of acidity. The flavor is sweet with notes of cocoa and chocolate, as well as a touch of metal in the bottle which I didn’t detect on draft, leading to a dry roasted and bitter finish, with an acidic note from the roasted malt lingering. I prefer the draft version slightly over the bottled version, differens 0.2. Papsoe (14877), Frederiksberg, Denmark
