10 karat gold pour with a dense ivory foam. Candied orange, yeast, honey baked biscuit, lemon, pepper, and pine. Medium mouthfeel. Pretty tasty but nothing terribly noteworthy.

Pours clear pale yellow with a medium white head...lively. aroma has light fruity notes...juicyfruit...and very mild grassy spice. Flavor steps up the grassy/spicy hoppiness...good balance with the fruitiness...faint clovey notes. Mouthfeel is light and lively with a slightly boozy dry grassy/spicy finish.

A golden yellow color with a fluffy white head that rose two+ fingers to fill the glass. A good amount of active carbonation. The nose is of soft floral hops, grass, and bubble gum. Light bready notes, hay, and honey round out the profile. On the palate, noble hops up front with bubble gum through the middle with a subtle spice. Doughy yeast sweeps in with grass and floral qualities before a semi-dry finish. Some hints of pear and apple skins poke through as it warms. Light bodied with sturdy carbonation. Dry finish, crisp with some lingering grass/earth notes. This is a fine golden ale reminiscent of its brother, but with obvious nods to American ingredients. Highly enjoyable.

Bottle. Pours a hazy, bubbly golden yellow. Somewhat opaque, I guess. Smells strongly of lemon, orange peel, pepper, spices. Good beer, easy to drink and you don’t taste the alcohol in it until you’re finished with it.

Pale golden orange color with a big white head. Nice yeasty nose, plenty of pear and apple, some coriander spiciness, and a bready malt base. Hints of alcohol and citrus zest. The flavor is a little boozy and phenolic. Spicy, some coriander, and a bit of apple and pear ester. Somewhat chalky on the finish. Sweet bread, pale malt, and sugar. Meh at best.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to mottle surface. Sweet caramel and dough aromas. Sweet hay and sourdough upfront turning to soured bitter earth in the lasting finish.

Draft. Clear golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma of sweet honey, earthy yeast and a light spicy scent. Flavor is sugary malt, peppery spicy with lightly tart yeast and no alcohol presence. Medium body with active carbonation. Very nice beer, the sweetness is balanced out nicely with the yeast character and the alcohol is very well hidden.
