3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. pours deep, bright, orange layered straw yellow with steady meringue white head. Looks lovely. Nose is green, yeasty, did not know these were Bravo hops but they are very particular and green. Tastes a lot like some of the hoppy chouffe and Urthel beers. Always a bit too yeasty and estery for me, but nice.

Bought a bottle of this for a summer picnic along with a selection of Ipas, and this was the most pleasant summer drink of the bunch. Wonderful body and mouthfeel. Great!

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle: The aroma consists of moderate fruit, bubblegum, floral notes, and a hint of mint. It pours a hazy (bordering on cloudy) golden-orange with a large white head that leaves behind a lot of soapy lacing on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with moderate citrus, honey, Belgian yeast, and faint bubblegum. The finish has light-moderate floral notes, spice, a hint of apple, and even less mint. It’s medium bodied with lively carbonation, but the carbonation never becomes prickly.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
$2.99 for a 12oz bottle @ Olive Tree Market a couple-ish months ago. Clear medium gold with a two finger off-white head, lasting. Left a decent amount of beer in the bottle (at first) due to the chunky yeast floating around once disturbed. Lots of floral hops in the nose, followed by some fruity pear, light dry cracker malt and white pepper. Flavor adds a bit of herbal hops, though it’s still plenty floral.Dry finish, bitterness peaked at a 3. Low on sweetness. Moderate to high carbonation with a medium body. Pretty tasty.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Draft at Jerry’s. Hazy yellow with good, creamy, white head, decent legs /Fresh, bright, fruity nose of citrus & tropical fruit, straw, spice / Medium body, a touch thin, fruity and lightly sweet, turning nicely bitter, with overall fine balance / Elegant flavors of lemon, pear, banana, straw, coriander, clove / Small deduction for a little water to the body, but all in all an excellent summer brew.

From bottle. Clear light straw color huge fluffy white head that lasts for ever. Big floral hop aroma light yeast and malt. Not super bitter. Light body and taste. Sweet flowery taste. Good summer beer but not as assertive as I hoped.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Sharply grassy, floral citrus and yeast aroma, in the vein of a sourish saison. Massive sea foam head over thick yellow body. Man is it zesty. Esters and floral hops dominate the senses. Crisp and dry. Ommegang...Even the summer offering is a kicker.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Head is initially large, frothy/foamy, white, mostly lasting.
Body is hazy medium yellow.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), moderately hoppy (flowers, herbs), lightly to moderately yeasty (basement), with notes of lemon rind, gum, pepper, alcohol (rather fusel, bug spray).
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately bitter.
Light to medium body, watery texture, lively/fizzy carbonation, lightly alcoholic.
Quite good for this brewery. It has a fusel taint, unfortunately, but it’s not strong and it’s really the only notable fault I find with it. A little watery and thin, but suitable for easy-drinkin’. Brightly aromatic and not just a hop bomb (and the hops aren’t the raw-and-resinous type). Good balance as well.
