2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
It's a summer beer, so it already has a strike against it, but it is a light, crisp, fun beer that fits well in its genre. It tastes of vanilla and a bit of green grass. Nice bite on the finish. Would be great with a slice of citrus.

12oz bottle. Poured cloudy yellow with a fluffy white head. Lots of carbonation. Grapefruit and lemon with a hint of pepper. Very refreshing. Tastes kinda like Fresca but way better and without the added cancer.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Light, very cloudy straw/tan with 3 inches or so fluffy bright white head. Smells of fresh sweet lemon citrus, fresh cut hay, hibiscus, honey, light Belgian yeast as well as rye/brett. Very tingly on the tongue, slightly higher than average carbonation. Pretty clean finish, just a touch dry. Floral hops and smooth grassy lemon flavors mix with a perfect amount of bretty yeastiness. Like a tasty Belgian style hefeweisen with tart bretty yeast instead of what. Great summer beer

Bottle. Under high pressure, loud. Pours a hazy golden yellow with thick, fine eggshell head. Replenishing head, good retention, and lots of lacing. Aroma barnyard, stinky, citrus/juicy, yeasty/spice, floral, mild hop. Flavor is slightly herbal, mildly spicy (yeast), fruity, fading into a pleasant hoppy, citrus finish. Mildly sweet, fruity, yeasty aftertaste that lingers. Moderate carbonation, medium-light body, and crisp texture, though the mouthfeel drops off a little quickly. A decent belgian, light, slightly spicy and herbal, drinkable.
