3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
I saw fleur and houblon and hoped Ommegang had made some floral IPA, but alas that is not the case. Luckily, this is still really nice. Cloudy golden orange, large white rocky head, good lace/retention. Aroma is yeast, light bubblegum, lightly floral, light earth, moderate to high fruit. Medium bodied, fairly dry finish, itís a floral Belgian ale - shocker. Itís no Orval but itís nice.
