COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Collaboration with HBO for the Game of Thrones series.

Blonde ale with malty sweetness and a touch of fruity spiciness, Noble Hops aromas and notes of citrus. Suitable to serve to kings, or pretenders to the iron throne.

Pour slowly so as to not disturb the yeast sediment, but with enough vigor to create a luxurious head and release the rich bouquet.

UPDATED: APR 30, 2016 Flaska från Whole food markets nyc. Ljust gul med luftigt vitt skum. Lätt fruktig doft med lite belgokänsla. Lite mycket beska men annars trevlig.

3/13 - Golden color with a tall fluff white head. Lots of bubbles coming up from my Duvel glass. Sweet malts and light fruit in the aroma, along with a light herbal hops component. Light and fairly zippy on the palate. Light sweet start, with hints of apricots and pale malts. Some raisins and floral to herbal hops join in the middle. Fruity most the way through. Needs a little more malt flavor to carry this one home for me.

Good Belgian ale. Aroma was ok. Stale hops, light malt and hints of Belgian yeast. Pour was a beautiful hazy light gold with a puffy one finger chunky white head. Taste was stronger than the aroma. Light sweet malt with some floral notes. Nicely hopped with grass, hay and yeast in the finish. Dry and bitter after the swallow. Perfectly balanced with nice strong carbonation.

Bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Aroma of tropical fruit and light pepper. Nearly clear light/medium amber color, generous white head that drops to a full cover, walls of lace. Taste is caramel malt that adds medium fizz on the swallow, immediately followed by tropical fruit and banana. As it swings smoothly into the finish pure bittering shows, growing the rest of the way to a very long end in which the bitter is all that is left. An exceptional Belgian Ale.

The aroma is fresh citrus, some malt and some hop. Pours a cloudy yellow/orange with a big frothy white head, mostly lasting and excellent lacing. The taste is kinda a sour/bitter. The body is medium/light, the texture creamy but a little thin, the carbonation lively and the finish long. Very Good.
