4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle from Red Wine and Brew. Bright clear yellow gold with small head and lace. Floral aroma with hints of marshmallow honey and sourdough bread. Mild sweet apricot fruitiness with clean dry floral finish. Beautiful soft palate. Excellent. (I’m not much of a Game of Thrones Fan but I could drink this every day.)

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a cloudy golden color. It has hints of lemon, citrus and wheat. Very uninspiring I expected so much more from Ommegang.

At Jerry’s in Andersonville. A bit confused at first is this a belgian ale or strong belgian ale it rights somewhere in between in flavor and sweetness. Might confuse if you were expecting something bigger Serving: Tap

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: MAR 28, 2013 Pours a slightly hazy straw yellow color, bubbly white head. Very estery, spicy nose. A little banana, some pepper as well. Taste is grainy, slight citrusy hop taste, some spiciness and the finish just kind of fades away. Medium bodied, active carbonation. Not much too it, just kind of weak and uninspired.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy golden; huge white head and lots of thick lacing. Amazing spicy aroma with a taste that’s good even though it doesn’t quite match up to the smell. Medium bodied and a tad buttery.

bottle. hazy light gold with a huge, foamy, white head. pale, wheat, vanilla, white cake aroma. grainy flavors from grains of paradise and pale malt along with minty/herbal coolness. the mintyness has a numbing effect on the tongue. plastic, band-aid phenolic finish. nah.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Apparently for a TV show. This one is an afterthought, take duvel, rush it through with no thought and you would get this.

Nice aroma. Good color, I'd prefer it to be unfiltered but you can't win em all. Taste is smooth hints of lemon very nice. Finishes smooth with a nice aftertaste. Currently on draught at the Excelsior Pub Room Albany NY.
