Collaboration with HBO for the Game of Thrones series.

Blonde ale with malty sweetness and a touch of fruity spiciness, Noble Hops aromas and notes of citrus. Suitable to serve to kings, or pretenders to the iron throne.

Pour slowly so as to not disturb the yeast sediment, but with enough vigor to create a luxurious head and release the rich bouquet.

Pours hazy yellow / orange with a large white head. The aroma hits with smooth lemon first, then some grains of paradise, fairly clean Belgian yeast and some nectar fruits, but not too much. It got a lot of smoothness to it. It has a medium body with a smooth coating, frothy carbonation that doesnít interfere with the flavor. The flavor begins with smooth lemon that doesnít have a citric bite and Belgian yeastness that has more earth than fruit. The finish is a bit earthier and some the grains of paradise. Pretty nice.

Bottle from Blue Max, hazy yellow pour with a long lasting white head. Aroma is a bunch of clove, some earthiness and a mild tart sweetness. Taste is all clove and some tart banana, not bad for the style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Shared by Jayhawk73. Thanks Jeff. The beer is golden hued and effervescent with a couple inches of dense, white head. The aroma offers lemons, light spice, peppercorns, wheat. Smells nice. Light and refreshing. A touch of honey with lemons and biscuits. Meyer lemon cookies. A touch of hop bitterness in the finish. I am really enjoying this one.

Pour out of 750 mL bottle, slightly hazy orange, yellow pour with nice fluffy white head, aroma brought notes of coriander, lemon peel, hints of citrus, touch of earth, grainy notes, nice biscuit, bread, spicy yeast notes, very refreshing smelling. Taste is a nice mix of lemon peel, biscuit, citrusy orange, touch of spice, coriander, grains of paradise type notes, hints of biscuit, bread, finishing slightly sweet, dry, fruity. Pretty tasty.

A delicious golden unfiltered blonde ale. Worthy of representing the show and its name. Has a great flavor that has a good after taste that sits in your mouth. The citrus flavor isnít over powering but balances the beer perfectly. Carbonated perfectly. Wish it wasnít a limited beer and that it is always around.

March 27, 2013 - tap at bavarian lodge. Clear golden pour with limited head and some lacing. Aroma was malty, and fruity. Taste was consistent with aroma with a mild citrus finish that was clean. Light to medium body and some carbonation.

Bottle from Red Wine and Brew. Bright clear yellow gold with small head and lace. Floral aroma with hints of marshmallow honey and sourdough bread. Mild sweet apricot fruitiness with clean dry floral finish. Beautiful soft palate. Excellent. (Iím not much of a Game of Thrones Fan but I could drink this every day.)
