Collaboration with HBO for the Game of Thrones series.

Blonde ale with malty sweetness and a touch of fruity spiciness, Noble Hops aromas and notes of citrus. Suitable to serve to kings, or pretenders to the iron throne.

Pour slowly so as to not disturb the yeast sediment, but with enough vigor to create a luxurious head and release the rich bouquet.

Nice aroma. Good color, I'd prefer it to be unfiltered but you can't win em all. Taste is smooth hints of lemon very nice. Finishes smooth with a nice aftertaste. Currently on draught at the Excelsior Pub Room Albany NY. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Mild aroma with hints of pepper and spice. Pours an aggressively carbonated light amber, with a gigantic white head. Very mild flavor with some straw notes, as well as a touch of spice. Lingering earthiness in the palate, with a very light mouthfeel. Not a bad beer at all, it’s good to see a pop culture tie in that is actually decent on its own.

An elegant, well balanced blonde beer with a touch of a spicy edge along with a citrusy, peppery spice. It’s a great beer whether you like the show or not and perfect for when you you want a flavorful complex beer.

750, corked and caged. Pours a cloudy pale gold with a huge, fluffy, surging white head. Intermittent spotty lace. Big green apple and watermelon nose. Super sugary. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Green apples, watermelon, and sweet cream on the mid palate. Long cloying sugary finish. Maybe lay this one down for a while.

Really nice bready aroma on the pour with foamy white head and light amber color. Spice is upfront and noticable with some citrus in there too. Really nice overall.

Faint aroma of musty stone and wild yeast. Bitter, dry yeasty flavor finishing with a fruity sweetness. Color is a hazy golden with a little white head on draught.

3/20/12. One month until Berliner Bash on the Bay! 750mL bottle from Grassroots. Lightly hazed golden pour with a big, thick, pillowy off-white head that seems to last forever and laces in gloppy, sudsy clumps all over the glass. Doughy maltiness with soft, earthy hops, a bit of sweet fruitiness, spice, and a touch of cracker on the aroma. Lightly sweet pale malty flavor with a touch of tart fruitiness, light hop spice, earthiness, and more dough and cracker. Quite smooth and tasty... goes down really nice. Diggin’ it.
