COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Glimmerglass - The name given to our lake by James Fenimore Cooper - is a beautiful body. Nested between gentle mountains, it reflects any object held up to it, just as it reflects our joy at the arrival of each spring. To help celebrate, pour new spring saison offers a perfect balance of maltiness and hops, with a touch of yeasty fruitiness and a whiff of pepper.

bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Clear light amber with an exaggerated 3" rocky white head, bits and pieces of lace. Taste is malt intermingled with bright bittering, both parts sharing the journey 50-50. There is sediment in the bottom of the bottle, and a bit of yeast in the drink, but it remains clear. A solid saison, quite satisfying.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy amber with a thick layer of cream colored head. Aroma is big time yeast with some spices. In the taste the spices are more forward and balanced with the yeast.

Draft at Ciceros. Quite hazy golden. The aroma is pretty much classic saison with that yeast and malts. This seemed to be dry hopped with a clean dry bitterness. A really nice version of the style with definite American aspects coming through.
