Nice beer, I was actually in the mood for a dubbel and I didn’t read the label. Crisp taste -- high carbonation with vinous banana slightly sweet with Belgian yeast notes that ends dry. Alcohol is slightly noticeable. Nice beer, I just was not completely in the mood for.

Bottle. Fruity, peach, banana, and wintergreen aroma. Cloudy orange gold color. Thin off white head. Flavors of banana, peach, and citrus fruits, orange, accented by light malts and grains. Slight bitter finish, edged in malts but strongly sweet throughout. Not the same experience as other strong ales. Very enjoyable and I recommend.

Full of clove and banana. Mixed in there was candi sugar, Belgian yeast, and alcohol. I felt like the alcohol came through a bit to much. Light floral hop aroma with a bready malt backbone. In the end I drank the whole bottle but I could of just had one glass and been totally fine with it. Good but not great.

750 ml corked and caged bottle, shared with Brenn79. Thanks! Pours hazy cantaloupe with a large cream-colored lacy head with great retention; lots of sediment floating around. Aroma is fruity--banana, passion fruit--and yeasty; clove and citrus powder drink are also noticeable. Taste is sweet and meaty, a little tart; faintly dry and bitter in the finish. Carbonation is medium, mouthfeel is creamy. Delicious!
