Pours a slightly hazy gold with a minimal white head. Smells of earth, barnyard, plums, figs. Taste is sweet, lightly bitter, spiced and sour - funk plums, strong belgian yeasty fruit, peppery hops.

Aroma citrus and a sweet smell. Apperence light golden with a slight white head strong citrus flavor with effervesence that tickles your mouth long on the palate with spicy overtones. Maybe coriander

From a 75 cl bottle shared at home. Pours a cloudy gold with an off white head. Aroma of banana with some citrus notes. Flavors of citrus, white pepper, and coriander. Pretty nice brew.

Dark yellow, fine white head. Smells toasty, spicy, and lightly sweet. Taste is sweet, winey, and a bit boozy. Much heavier than I was expecting. Not really my thing, I suppose.

Pours a very cloudy hazy yellow orange with a very thin film of head. A slightly sweet nose with a hint of straw. Orange zest initially in the flavor that builds to a nice soft sweetness in the finish.

Tap. Golden with small head. Sweet and Tripelish with nice spice. Alcohol well masked. Very tasty.

This poured a golden color with a white head. The aroma contains some lemons, alcohol, spices, and herbal notes. The flavor is a bit sour with a strong citrus presence. The spices are a little overdone in this one to be very enjoyable. Is it ginger I’m tasting? Not 100% sure but overall its ok but not my cup of beer.

Hazy golden pour, with a white head. Nice fruity nose on this one. Slightly boozy, but still crisp and clear. Spicy, fruity and nice!

A dark yellow pour with light white head. A sweet and citrusy aroma and flavor. A nice wheat flavor too.

Bottled January 24, 2013.
Appearance: The body is nearly clear with an amber hue. The head is towering with a foamy texture, but quickly settles into a sparse foamy white coating.
Aroma: The aroma hints at fruity citrus that leans a bit sweet, slight spices, and a slight earthy presence.
Taste: The intro it fruity with sweet orange that quickly leads to a sweet malt base with an overlying spice. The finish becomes a touch fruity, perhaps some banana. The spice lingers for a bit after the finish.
Palate: Thick, creamy, and sharp carbonation.
Overall: This is a solid beer, it drinks like a maltier saison. The spice is prominent, maybe a bit too much so, but I enjoy this.
