Commercial Description:
This hoppy, farmhouse style ale has a champagne like effervescence with a crisp but light on the tongue finish. Similar to the Belgian Saison style , this beer serves well as an aperitif. Hennepin has a majestic golden hue. The style is called Grisette or farm house and is considered to be in the domain of the Belgian Saisons.

Bomber from Princeton’s. Straw color, big foamy white head. Fresh, lively wheat/yeast aroma and flavor with fruit and tart notes in the flavor. Smooth, crisp finish.

12th June 2008. Cloudy orange brown beer. Frothy, soft and with a very dry finish. Slightly fruity undertone biut somewhat overwhelmed by a zingy bitterish malt finish. Okay but too dry.

Pours yellow with a large white head. Bubbles stream to the top and cling to the glass like champagne. The aroma is surprisingly grainy, almost pilsner like. Hints of orange, lemon, and spice in the flavor. Very orangy and spicy actually, with a touch of apple cider. Very frothy mouthfeel, with a noticeable high alcohol content. Nice balance between the sweet and spicy. Nice aftertaste. Not bad.

Excellent, crystal clear, overly golden or extra-light amber is how I’d describe this one. Medium-sized head that leaves a nice, thin, foamy layer. Chunky, sliding lacing. Very beautiful. Fresh grass notes. Slightly sour funk. Light citrus notes. Very light maltiness. Nice presence of spiciness. White peach, banana, and clove. Green apple peels, peaches in honey, and a nice spice level. Earthy graniness. Nice, crisp, and clean mouthfeel. Not nearly as creamy as I like my saisons to be. Very drinkable, especially as a day-to-day kind of brew. When I want something special though, I grab a bigger bolder saison.

taste of spring, very fizzy, lots of wheat. Hay, and apples, too. Barnyards and blankets. Very refreshing, yet very warming. A great beer to share with the family. I definitely will buy more. Bottl;e from Sunset Corners, Miami, Florida.

A light citrus fruit aroma with earthy notes. Pours out a light gold with a persistent small bright white head. The more pungent yeast aroma is a constant through the aroma and flavor. Body is light and smooth with more sour citrus notes. The earthy yeast leaves a unique flavor on the palate.

Nice golden beer with a good head.. Mild aroma. Mild finish with a touch of bitterness. Some clove notes and some pleasant yeastiness.
