Hennepin is a very nice, somewhat hoppy and very citrusy Saison... very drinkable and quite good. pours a bright golden color with a good size white head. tons of citrus on the nose along with some lingering spice and yeast. light to medium body with some nice bitterness up front, similar in degree to a pale ale, with more citrus notes across the top of the tongue. Big crisp finish with a touch of sour lemon and more bitterness. A very nice Saison to break out.... radagast83 (1289), Fairfax, Virginia, USA

Clear straw pour, thick filmy white head, massive lacing. Very dry nose, some wheat, and yeasty as hell. Flavor has some grapes and a slight tart touch, but very dry wheaty grain overall. Medium-bodied, hasn’t aged terribly well, but still easy to drink. Iceman82 (26), Chicago, Illinois, USA
