Ommegang Hennepin

Pours a hazey yellow fluffly white head.Very crisp has a nice bite to it.Tastes of spice,fruits..great saison.

12 oz. single bottle from Total Wine in Jacksonville, FL. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a large fluffy white head. Aroma is all yeast and some banana nose. Taste is similar and this was a nice, drinkable saison.

750ml bottle: poured cloudy yellow with a large, pillowy white head that dissipated fairly fast but left a thin wisp of a head. Moderate aroma of yeast, alcohol, and a bit of spice. Paired well with the salmon my wife made. Taste is yeasty, mild spice notes, light hairspray. Yeast chunks at the bottom. Nice beer.

Definitely not bad. Wasn’t sure what to expect at all, but would buy again. Light, a little sweet. I forget much about it now though...had it last week. I’ll have to come back and edit again.

My first Siason.....I think. Golden and light. Very intense aroma and lots of depth. Not much finish though.

Nice yellow pour with a white head of small bubbles. Sweet aroma of cloves. Taste waas sweet with a bit tart finish. The beer laced the glass well.

Clear yellow. Belgian sweet aroma full of sweet notes and banana tart. Initial taste is similar to a white wine in that it is high in alcohol and quite tart. Alcohol dissipates as quickly as it appears. No lingering finish. Drink it for the initial feeling of shock and awe. As it warms the aroma becomes more and more alcohol.

Clear golden yellow with a pure white foam and some nice lacing. Nice aroma, lemons, light florals, mild clove yeast spice. Taste is a mild farmhouse saison funk, a bit of sweet malt, sourdough, citrus, and a citrus spicy zest finish.
