Light, a little sweet. I forget much about it now though...had it last week. I’ll have to come back and edit again. jameswolfe (142), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 25, 2009 Clear yellow. Belgian sweet aroma full of sweet notes and banana tart. Initial taste is similar to a white wine in that it is high in alcohol and quite tart. Alcohol dissipates as quickly as it appears. No lingering finish. Drink it for the initial feeling of shock and awe. As it warms the aroma becomes more and more alcohol. lithy (1650), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 24, 2009 Clear golden yellow with a pure white foam and some nice lacing. Nice aroma, lemons, light florals, mild clove yeast spice. Taste is a mild farmhouse saison funk, a bit of sweet malt, sourdough, citrus, and a citrus spicy zest finish. fidelis83 (712), Clinton, Iowa, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 15/20 | Mar 24, 2009 Pours slightly hazy yellow with a 2 finger (chalice) pillowy white head that has great retention and leaves nice lacing. A very high effervescence is notable as this beer is full of bubble and quite noisy for the first few minutes. Aroma is hay, wet grass, lemon zest wet rocks, plenty of earthy charm, orange Pop-Rocks, and some playful grainy malt. Flavor is earthy and grassy first with a fruity sweetness and cellar note coming in soon after. From there I find sourdough bread with orange marmalade, pepper, hints of bitter walnut rind and a little more alcohol than I would like. Finish is tart, earthy, musty and has a slight fruity sweetness, sweeter than I expected. Palate is medium thin with a creamy entry and a slightly dry, acidic finish. Overall I think this was a good beer but it comes of as a little too chalky in flavor and palate. I will say that this beer made me crave rich roast pork like never before, needless to say I think that would be a pairing made in heaven. PaulHegedus (464), Georgetown, Ontario, Canada
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 23, 2009 Bottle. This is cloudy yellow with what looks like a twister in the middle of the cloudiness. The white head died quite quickly. The aroma is floral with a whole lot of lemon, some sourness. Light body. It is peppery on the tongue with citrus, mainly lemon. The finish is short. aguyintx66 (78), Humble, Texas, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 21, 2009 Bottle. Ppoured a hazy pale gold color with a thick white head. Aroma of yeast and citrus. A ting of sweetness but the alcohol was over-powering. Do not know if I have a bad bottle or not. It was only ok for me.
