Mar 3, 2009 On tap. Pours orange with a white head. Heavily carbonated. Aroma is of spice, hops, citrus, and yeast. Taste is of citrus, hops, spice, yeast, and grain. Mouthfeel is very light and crisp. Finishes with lots of spice and citrus. No detectable presence of alcohol. Nothing amazing. Just a very drinkable and enjoyable beer.

Feb 28, 2009 My first Saison. Quite tasty. Nicely balanced aroma with citrus notes. Flavor is light and crisp, with a nice compliment of tartness. Some hints of malt presence. Finish is clean and dry. Easy to drink, great to enjoy.
