Notes of alcohol, yeast, barnyard, and tropical fruit in the nose. Mild carbonation and a light mouthfeel. Tastes of lemon, hay, yeast, and honey on the palate. Finishes very clean. Defintely light and highly drinkable. A good saison from a great brewery! Meatmallet (120), Salem, Illinois, USA

Yeastie and sweet but very light.Taste is not as sweet as I thought it would be. Kind of earthy with a hint of yeast and hops. More citrus than anything.Highly carbonated and medium bodied. Not bad but I dont think it is the world beater some people do.

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 12, 2009 Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malty with notes of citrus and peaches and a bit of peber. The flavor is sweet with quite strong notes of citrus, then comes notes of dusty hops, saison yeast, honey, and alcohol, leading to a slighlty tart finish where citrusy notes lingers. timmy300 (199), bloomington, Illinois, USA

| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Mar 8, 2009 750ml bottle into a pint glass delivered a cloud of foam that stuck around longer than a fog in the Falmouth harbor. The substance of this beer hinted at its farm routes with yeast and straw filling the aroma. The flavor was light and ended with a slight edge of alcohol.
