pale yellow pour with a thick white head. nose of sour yeast, spices and honey. nice on the palate with a flavor of dried fruits, honey, yeast and a very carbonated finish.

Bottle at Järnet, Stockholm. Beautifully cloudy and a nice white head. Fruity and yeasty aroma. Spicy flavour and a dry hoppy finish. Tastes a bit like a hoppier version of Cantillon Cuvee de Champions.

Golden color, semi hazy, white head. Yeasty smell. Flavor of honey, spices, fruit. Dry hoppy aftertaste.

750ml wired cork bottle. Poured into tulip glass. The cork about took someone’s eye! Pours sparkling golden yellow, tons of bubbles, and big white head that lingers.Aroma of sour, citurs, banana, and spice, hops. Flavor is tart, slightly sour, sweet. Dry at the finish. Winey.

Notes from Indy Winterfest. Pours lightly hazy amber. Aroma is of yeast and wheat bread. Flavor is complex, sweet, clove, and spices. Mouthfeel is normal. Overall an ok beer.

The pour is a translucent pale gold with a soapy white head. The aroma is of lemon, orange, mild spices, and some light floral notes. The mouthfeel is very soda-like with stinging carbonation. The initial flavour, as the brew comes in contact with the taste buds, is very yeasty. As the brew passes the tongue, sharp citrus notes explode and mingle with the rounded yeasty notes. It’s when the rounded yeast and the sharp citrus combine you start to taste some banana. As you exhale, spices explode for a second before it almost instantaneously subdues making it a really nice complementary flavour. The finish is lightly dry due to the hops and sharp citrus. This is a very well-rounded beer. I’m not usually a big fan of saisons, but this one is delicious.

Look of beer is disappointing, pale yellow with a head that disappears like a soda’s head. Smell is spicy and floral. Taste is spicy with strong warming presence of alcohol.
