3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Hazy yellow color with a floral nose (gardinia). A little oakieness, flowers, alcohol tied togeter with a yeasty tang. Quite refreshing and hides 7.5 abv. nicely.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: MAR 3, 2003 Pours a clear, deep golden color with a massive white head. It has a strong spicy/fruity aroma of yeast. Medium body with high carbonation, the flavor is spicy with lots of fruit and yeast. The finish is very crisp and refreshing, with a lingering sweet spiciness. Very damn tasty.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Cloudy straw color. Huge meringue-like head with some of the smallest bubbles I’ve ever seen. Extremely effervescent. Spicy, fruity aroma. Nice spicy, fruity flavor with some hops in the background. Some yeast. Light-to-medium body. Very refreshing.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: FEB 20, 2004 Pale cloudy amber, effervescent with strong head formation. Sweet herbal clove aroma, mellow clean maltiness. Highly refreshing drinkable palate, shows strong notes of smooth sweet banana candy. Remains sweet right into the aftertaste but does balance with a touch of citrus and tartness in the finish.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Medium copper color, large head. Hoppy floral nose. Nice carbonation. Mildly hopped, spicy, slightly malted. Some yeastiness and some fruitiness. Light and refreshing. Yeasty flavor. Finish is light. Aftertaste is slightly fruity with some hoppyness, not bitter. This beer carries it 7.5% alcohol well.

Had this a few times before, but somehow always failed to rate it. Anyways very good for the style, another great brew from a top notch brewery.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
The cork came out with a serious pop. It poured a nice golden yellow color with a light, white head. Apples, bananas, citrus and some yeast dominate. Dry and crisp. Refreshing.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Lots of foamy head, possibly exacerbated by drinking it out of (due to extenuating circumstances) a cheap plastic hotel cup. Nice golden color, light and crisp (in a good way.) Some wheaty bubblegum-type aromas. Very refreshing.
