COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This hoppy, farmhouse style ale has a champagne like effervescence with a crisp but light on the tongue finish. Similar to the Belgian Saison style , this beer serves well as an aperitif. Hennepin has a majestic golden hue. The style is called Grisette or farm house and is considered to be in the domain of the Belgian Saisons.

Bottle. Awesome Saison for the price. Delicate and clean overall. A little lacking in the cheese if you look for it. Fantastic soft carbonation. Big mouth. Dry finish. Superb and drinkable.

Bottle. Pours a dark yellow/light brown color. Large Duvel like foamy head on the pour. Nice appearance in a tulip glass. Smells hay carmel, and floral. Tastes of bread, ginger and banana. This is a very crisp beer where you can really tell the yeast made a big difference. Thankfully its easily accessible in NYC.

Pours straw with thick foamy white head and lacing. Notes of wheat and spice, similar to a hefeweizen. Balanced taste with hints of lemon.

Pours a light yellow with a bubbly white head. Carbonation is very active like sparkling wine. Smell almost reminiscant of chardonnay. Sweet dry and slightly cidery. Very clean tasting.

Tons of hay along with some pepper, esters and a touch of barnyard in the aroma. The taste brings more of the same, with some citrus notes. Beautiful, dry finish. Dangerously good at 7.7%!

Pours a hazy brushed gold with a billowy pure white head. Bubbles are so tiny it blankets the top. Some wheat, but mostly the Belgian yeast shines through - this is wild yeast trained well. Mouthfeel is slightly thin, but very bready and the yeast is again pronounced. A warm coating finishes the palate with heavy carbonation. The yeast is the star here on the flavor with fresh cut hay. Massive esters. The carbonation drives this beer.

Gold with orange hues. White head with lively carbonation. Clove, spice, esters, and yeast in the nose. Light, sweet malt, tart citrus fruit. An easy drink.

Spicy, dry, and fairly bitter. Notes of fruit and spices. Pours a light golden color with a so-so head. Not quite as sour as a Belgian saison but still good.
