Commercial Description:
This hoppy, farmhouse style ale has a champagne like effervescence with a crisp but light on the tongue finish. Similar to the Belgian Saison style , this beer serves well as an aperitif. Hennepin has a majestic golden hue. The style is called Grisette or farm house and is considered to be in the domain of the Belgian Saisons.

750->tulip: Pours a huge, frothy, white head atop a yellow body. Aroma of banana and candy and light vinegar. Light body, thin texture, and fizzy carbonation. Flavor’s duration is average, being lightly acidic. Not one of my favorites, but I could drink this one again.

12 oz bottle. Pours a light yellow color with a very large white frothy head that has great retention and very nice lacing. Aroma is citrus and a bit of lemon zest. Sweet smelling with hints of spice and yeast. Flavor is smooth light citrus a bit of lemon. Very effervescent mouthfeel, spritzy. It is very enjoyable and easy to drink.

Very nice Saison! Refreshing in the summer yet still full bodied enough to be cozy in winter. Balanced flavor throughout, good proportions of smoothness and bitterness. Perfect carbonation and a nice head with every pour. Hard to find the four pack of small bottles, I’d drink it more if they were more available.

750ml bottle. Pours a nice pale golden yellow with a fluffy white head. Aroma and flavor of citrus with a delicate hoppy backbone. A bit of candied sugar also hits the tongue and some nice carbonation too.

Pours opaque light apricot color with a pillowy white head that leaves a nice lacing behind as it dissipates. Aroma is citrus and spices. Light and refreshing lemon/citrus flavor with a small amount of spice (coriander & pepper) to give it a little kick. Nicely carbonated, enjoyable beer.

Bottle. Pours a golden body with a rocky white 2 finger head. Sweet musky nose, light fruits, zesty spiciness. Malty backbone with lemon, clove, and apple skin to round this one out.
