Commercial Description:
This hoppy, farmhouse style ale has a champagne like effervescence with a crisp but light on the tongue finish. Similar to the Belgian Saison style , this beer serves well as an aperitif. Hennepin has a majestic golden hue. The style is called Grisette or farm house and is considered to be in the domain of the Belgian Saisons.

Soft, golden clear body topped by a rich foamy white head, this crisp brew balances light citrus notes and hoppy flavor extraordinarily well. A real winner.

This poured golden to light orange in color with a thick fluffy white head that dissipates away. The aromas are of citrus, yeast and spice. In the mouth it was medium-bodied and very well-balanced. There is a nice layer of sweetness running through the palate though it remains dry and even a touch bitter on the finish.

12 oz bottle. Lots of spice in the aroma (as expected), ginger, cinnamon, some banana and yeast, like a spicy hefe, very appealing. Very large, bright white cloud-like foam head, lacing clumps to the sides of the glass, pure gold color, I almost don’t want to drink so as to not disturb this beer. Very smooth, fairly light body for a beer this size, spices tingle the tongue nicely, ground pepper, cinnamon, some creamy lemon banana, good subtle bitter in the dry finish. Very well crafted, so impressed.

Pours a golden yellow with moderate white head. Aroma is sweet fruits and yeast. Flavor is similar to Hoegaarden, with a bit more spice and tartness. Light and dry on the palate. The finish had a little bit of a tart vinegar quality that distracted somewhat, but still a nice beer.

Tasty Saison, cloudy golden pour with pillowy white head, spicy carbonation - lots of little bubbles. A bit tart as a Saison should be, easy to drink despite it being 7.7% abv.

Introduced a friend to this American Brewer. Hazy Honey color, good level of carbonation, little head served in its own glass from the tap at SharpEdge. Smooth, full flavor but not too spicey

Bottle. Very pale pour with a big white head. Has a spicy citrus aroma with some other fruit essences. Has a tart crisp fruity flavor, like citrus and grapes. Noticeable pleasant hop taste in the finish. Pretty good.
