3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 taphandle (991) - Texas, USA - JUN 27, 2010
Light yellow and hazy with a great head. Aroma is citrus and a bit of yeast or light bread. The spices come out in the taste first, followed by a hint of citrus at the beginning of the finish. A great refreshing summer brew.
4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20 exparte (59) - Austin, Texas, USA - JUN 26, 2010
Big aroma of pine and lemon with a substantial alcohol presence and some spice as well. Light golden color that’s just a touch cloudy. Medium bitterness. LIght and refreshing on the tongue. Soft and highly effervescent. Just a flat out brilliant beer.
3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 poisoneddwarf (882) - Rathdrum, Idaho, USA - JUN 25, 2010
750 ml corked and caged bottle poured into tulip. Aroma is spicy, Belgian yeast, honeysuckle, some clove, alcohol--all a little too subdued, though. Pours a hazy gold with a medium dissipating head and creamy lace. Nice Belgian aftertaste. Taste starts out sweet and finishes sour. Carbonation is medium high. Medium-bodied. A pretty good, but definitely not fantastic saison.

Bottle from Tiffany’s. Hazy dark yellow colour, white head. Aroma is citrus, sour, bit yeasty. Flavour is sour, malty, bit caramel, citrus, spicy. Fresh and very drinkable.
4.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20 SamsCellar (24) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - JUN 17, 2010
This beer is in my top 5 of all time. Pours bright golden yellow, with a fizzy head that lasts. The smell is earthy yeast, sweet citrus, and floral pollen. The taste: peppery sweetness, yeasty funkiness, champagne-like bubbles. Quenching, refreshing, yet bursting with flavors. LOTS of flavors. Wild yeast mingling with the hops to become one. Assorted spices. Slight alcohol burn, but in a good way. This is my "go to" beer when trying to convert the uninitiated to the Belgian styles.

75 cl bottle, Mulmur, ON, Canada via NY. Slightly hazy golden colour, musty citrus aroma. Quite carbonated, less mellow than other Saisons I’ve tried. Citrus comes through, with a nice hoppy bitterness finshing it.
4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 MPosey (130) - , Georgia, USA - JUN 14, 2010
Pours a light blonde with immense head, even pouring carefully the head will easily be 4 fingers and will stick around, it doesn’t fade. Aromas of esters and very light malts. Initial peppery attack which fades to a warm, smooth finish. Very nice.
