wacohoover (100), Garland, Texas, USA Mar 28, 2008 I really liked this. Poured a solid golden color, cloudy, in a very good way. Very fine carbonation. Very light, citrus flavor, good strong hop flavor. Doesn’t taste sweet to me like others have remarked. Made me feel refreshed, big time. boFNjackson (1233), Portland, Oregon, USA Mar 24, 2008 Bottle... Poured a cloudy gold with a thick, frothy, white that was consistent throughout the drink. Esters, clove, and citrus hops for the aroma. Really sweet, and floral, cloves and citrus hops and wonderful lemon-grass flavors. Rynoplasty (500), Louisville, Kentucky, USA Mar 22, 2008 Pours a hazy light golden amber color with about a finger of white head. Aroma is a bit yeasty and has spicy aromas similar to a wit or hefe. Taste is a slightly spicy malt flavor with a crisp finish. Good stuff. kidmartinek (972), austin, Texas, USA Mar 22, 2008 Smells skunky right out of the bottle. Might be a good pilsener? No its a Saison; damn! Pours half foam, light bubbleing in the glass. Tight nit pure large white foam head. Aroma of pilsenser hops, Cascade, Czeck? and malt. Smells pretty good actually to my moravian nose. Taste is really good. Mild, mildy sweet, malt/hop, well blended character, this beer does not dissapoint. Refreshing palate, mild and smooth. I would buy this again. Storm (2685), Amager, Denmark Mar 21, 2008 Bottle. Unclear golden colour with a nice little head. Aroma of spices, diacetyl, citrus and yeast. Flavour of yeast, spices very tasty and nice. daknole (2810), Plantation, Florida, USA Mar 20, 2008 This beer is another well done beer by the brewery. A bit hoppy, but not too much to overpower the flavor of the subdued fruit and nut flavors. Nice. emerica56 (575), Bristol, Rhode Island, USA Mar 16, 2008 The color is pretty standard, cloudy orange with a thin head along the top and not much laceing along the sides of the glass. The nose is a bit sour with loads of spice. The initial sip was full of lemon, it was like biting a lemon that has been soaked in white rum with a crisp finish. As you drink it the brew itself is really smooth with lemon and other light fruits that complement it. The carbonation is really sutle in the finish but you can still detect the presace of hop acidity. ilovedarkbeer (1326), Dallas, Texas, USA Mar 15, 2008 Pours a pale lemon color with a little bit of honey highlights. Head is medium sized, soapy and white. Nose is sour, of grapes and white wine, some vinegar, and a bit of spice. Taste is like champagne esque, with a try and sour finish. Pretty good beer with a lingering finish.
