Commercial Description:
This hoppy, farmhouse style ale has a champagne like effervescence with a crisp but light on the tongue finish. Similar to the Belgian Saison style , this beer serves well as an aperitif. Hennepin has a majestic golden hue. The style is called Grisette or farm house and is considered to be in the domain of the Belgian Saisons.

A pale yellow appearance, thick head, lots of carbonation. The aroma is yeasty, VERY spicy, with citrusy hoppiness thrown in. The flavor is strong, orange peel, coriander, but the strong carbonation I found a little harsh. Lots of lingering on the palate: spicyness and a little bitterness. Good finish, very crisp. Thin to medium mouthfeel. Very nice beer.

750 mL corked bottle. Pours hazy golden with beautiful, thick, fluffy white head that lasts and lasts. Aroma is yeast and floral hops. Flavor is yeasty, lemony, and grassy with long profile. Mouthfeel is interesting, not a bad thing, but very unique. Lots of carbonation, but thick enough not to be fizzy or harsh. Good stuff.

12 oz bottle. Pours a straw hazy color with a small white head. Nose is sweet, citrus and floral hops. Initial taste follows that initial sweet aroma with honey and fruits. Mid palate of yeast. Finishing with mild bitterness and spices. Great palate duration. Crisp finish. Medium body. Awesome.

750 bottle corked and caged poured a slightly hazy golden in color with small slow moving bubbles and a thin layer of white head on the surface. aroma has some honey sweetness, floral yeast, light spice, and citrus. mouth feel is light with a good carbination level and some sweetness. flavors are like the aroma, decent dose of floral yeast, green apple, and finishes with a snap of tartness and spices. not your typical wheat beer by far and i like the corks they use as they can be reinserted snugly to keep the beer between glasses.

750ml bottle from Bevmo Carmel Mountain. Brew poured a cloudy deep golden color with a good sized off white head. Great aroma with oranges, lemon, clove spice and yeast present. Flavor was smooth, citric, and slightly tingly.
