9/07 - 750 ml courtesy of ’Naka. Cloudy gold. Nice foamy white head. Spicy nose, lots of coriander and spice. Same with the taste, spicy, and malty. Good stuff.

This one is a big mystery to me, I have had it a couple times and I still can’t decide if I like it or not. Straw colored hazyness, without much smell. Its got that citrusy taste but at the same time it seems kind of bland and flat. I just don’t know what to do with this, just not enough kick I think.

12oz. bottle. Pours a murky, pale yellow with a thick white head that laces beautifully. Aroma is of wheat, yeast, cloves and a hint of lemon. Flavor is of bananas, wheat, and yeast with subtle sweet finish. Mouthfeel is crisp and sharp. Very nice.

towering 4 finger head, pale gold. citrus aroma of a classic hef with a dusty/pollen texture. yeast is subdued, head tastes sweet, continues to keep shape for a long time.

25.4 oz bottle, 10/05, caved aged 8 months. Misty orange with a coating of white that laps up the edges. Honeysuckle, hay and lemon oil. Light carb, medium light body. Flavor features hints of peach, apricot, apple and pear. Yeast ties it together.

it definitely had a majestic golden hue - fruity scent great refreshing taste littlebit of lemon - wasnt overpowering - good overall -- i liked it for sure

For a white Belgian, this is smooth. The cork shot across the room, the beer poured like champagne, the head - foamy. The aftertaste that usually affects white belgians (like Chimay White) is not present. Very sweet, but good.
