3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle: yellow to gold. Very light head. Cloudy, hazy. Spice, citrus rind. Moderate lift. Slightly dirty lees. Funky. Slightly dirty animal. Ginger. Lacks massive lift. Dry. Low bitterness. Slight sour edge. High CO2 adds to acidic profile. Medium weight. Very tight. Clean citrus rind and spice flavour. Ginger taste. Slightly dirty old world finish. Just not quite clean enough or intense enough in flavour.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a medium fluffy white head, some lacing as well. Aroma and Taste is of citrus, wheat, some mild spicy hops, yeast with a light lemon twist, light fruity notes upfront. Palate is a medium body, crisp and refreshing mouth feel with good carbonation. Finish is sweet biscuit malt, citrus flavors, some wheat, yeast and mild spicy hops on the end. Overall a very good, refreshing and enjoyable summer time brew.

Pours so nice it’s basically an elixir--creamy white head and light amber. One of the finest American Saisons. Not super funky, not that I’m complaining.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
I had this at Global Brew. It pours a cloudy gold with a nice head, nice belgian taste. I thought this was pretty good. I would definitely drink this again.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Originally encountered and enjoyed in a restaurant while on holiday in New York, then found a bottle in Beer Gonzo in Coventry. A hazy pale yellow colour, with a slight white head, shortlasting. Sweet aroma including honey and citrus. Tastes sweet and crisp with some carbonation, a pleasing slight tanginess. The sweetness seems to build up as you continue to drink and it is a very rewarding beer.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazy golden with a huge foamy white head. Aroma is yeasty, soapy, spicy and bit of lemon. Taste is sweet with a medium duration. Texture is oily with soft-medium carbonation, very pleasing. Really nice beer.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle: peachy, light-amber color with a growing haze throughout, topped off with a foamy white cap that settle quick but lasts as a film for a while. Aroma is spicy; faint white pepper, clove, dirty & earthy esters with a light fruity aspect, bubblegum yeast, and a touch of finishing sweetness. Taste is full of fruity esters containing pear & apple skins, banana, and some kind of melon... honeydew? Unique. Lots of clove with a touch of mint & white pepper. Finishes with heavy yeast & bubblegum, finally with a little touch of funk - some wet, musty cork & a very small barnyard-esque note. Dry, yeasty finish. Nice beer, and a good way to introduce people to "funk" who haven’t had it.

Great saison! Initial banana sweetness, then the brett yeast, pepperiness and hops cut through. Smooth finish. Will definitely have again.

Bottle sampled at a tasting. From notes. Lemon citrus and loads of yeasty goodness. Seriously disappointed in this beer. I was expecting a lot more.
