Bottle. 75cl. Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate hoppy, citrus, moderate yeasty, fruity, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration and a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. (180408)

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malty with notes of citrus and peaches and a bit of peber. The flavor is sweet with quite strong notes of citrus, then comes notes of dusty hops, saison yeast, honey, and alcohol, leading to a slighlty tart finish where citrusy notes lingers.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a lacing white head. Light caramel malt and spice nose. Flavour is light malty, wheaty, spiced and very mellow yeasty. Finish is mellow yeasty with a very wellbalanced spice note.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Hazy, pale amber golden with a small, off-white head. Rather sophisticated aroma of overripe fruit, sherry and some alcohol. Fairly full-bodied with sweetish, fruity notes, caramel - and perhaps some turpentine (?). Ends quite dry. Quite a refined beer. 290806

Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, yeast, alcohol and some spices. Flavour is very much the same, with the alcohol giving a really sweet sting. Also some toffeeish notes. Strange.

Bottled at Järnet, Stockholm. Hazy golden, fluffy head. Orangey nose. Dry, lively and unexpectedly hoppy. Fresh and minerally with evident yeast character. Long resiy bitter finish. An excellent, elegant beer I would never have guessed being brewed outside Belgium.

Golden color; big head. Like a Grand Cru, a wheat character in the aroma and taste. Quite malty.
