4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
An excellent Belgian styled ale. Pours a medium golden hue complete with very small, champagne like bubbles, and a tight foamy head. Reminscent of the strong belgian beers likes Chimay White or fellow North American brew, the Unibroue Eau Benite.
Incredbly smooth tasting considering its crisp, hoppy characteristics, all of which make this a great choice for those lazy afternoons.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Potentially the first beer I had that really got me into it all. A lot of nostalgia here with this one.
Light, very mildly hazy corn colored beer with a thick head and tons of carbonation. You can smell the cloves prominently with that traditional belgian yeast. This flavor is just as good as I remember it. The spice hits hard from the very beginning with a booziness that remains throughout. Finishes very bready with more spice and that "saison" taste that I don’t have a word for (Almost like a good soapy flavor)
Hennepin is always a go to for me because it’s widely available and very drinkable.

Pleasant aroma. Fresh baked bread, spices, newly mowed lawn. Taste is sour and electric. Fizzy and metallic. The ginger is brilliant. Taste so light and refreshing it hides the fact that you're drinking a pretty strong beer. It's like sneaking out into the barn to snort a tractor.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Very clear and clean golden with a touch of red hue, high frothy head. Light citrus and floral hop aroma with a touch of yeast and earthy funk. Mildly sweet with just a little bitterness that balances well. Sharp carbonation helps highlight a green apple cider like flavor with a little hoppy bite. Feels fairly light bodied, which contradicts the heavier texture. Finishes dry with light bitterness and some sweetness.

On tap at Mile Square in Hoboken. Nice clean and refreshing. Great beer to drink while sitting with friends outside on a warm spring day. I suppose that’s because that is why Saisons were brewed to begin with.

Pours orange-yellow with a thick, bright white head. Aromas of yeast and a little citrus. Slight citrus flavor with some apple as well. Also some spice. Finish is funky and yeasty. Nice beer.

Bottle, 750ml. Pours a bright , lively yellow straw with a thick, mashed potato looking head. Mouthfeel is light, almost champagne like, and tastes of lemony citrus and yeasty pear. Finish is delightfully smooth. An absolutely delicious belgian.

A good farmhouse style ale. Not as dry or spicy as the traditional saisons I’ve had.
Huge white head, but not a lot of lacing. Hop aroma was there, but not significant.
Clear yellow color with medium carbonation.
Smooth and very drinkable. Not as good as the best saisons, but makes me want to try Ommegeddon.

Nice golden color. Nice bubbles. Nice white fluffy head. Hides its alcohol almost completely, and that says a lot, seeing as how it is 7.5%. A little fruity. Overall very nice. Great artwork on the label also.
