I really liked this one, more than I thought I would. Color is golden hazy. Aroma is sweet, citrusy. Flavor begins light and crisp, with some tartness and fruitiness. Light hop character, some bittersweetness. Flavor finishes incredibly clean and dry with a nice yeasty-bread taste. Very drinkable, very good.

Aug 17, 2008 Thanks to rcasta. Drank it last nite at El Salvador’s beer session. Pour a light yellow with white head. Light bodied, subtle taste of fruits and yeast. Quite refreshing.

Aug 16, 2008 Bottle from Sindee’s in Portland, OR--Poured a deep orange-amber-golden thick body with a big round whitish head. Belgian yeastiness with spicy and sticky fruit esters. Fruity, hoppy, grassy, piny, sticky, full-on for real brew! Very nice!

Aug 14, 2008 Pours golden orange with fluffy/billowing white head. Sweet aroma of yeast, citrus, slight hops and alcohol. Flavor begins with nice citrus and grapefruit and then transitions into crisp herbs, pepper and spice. Nice Saison.
